Cillian is holding Ariel's hand tightly

Suddenly the lights went on. Ariel pulled her hand and ran away.

She ran away from Cillian again.

She ran away from her love again.

A week later

Ian POV

"Lisa stop, you're gonna break the button," I said

She gave me a dead look and kept pressing the button

Look I called her yesterday, I told her about the party. She doesn't want to come"I said.

"Well, haven't you asked your little brain if she's ever ok or not?"

"She's ok. we... we even joked and laughed a lot"

She got too close from my face, I felt her breath.

"Ariel doesn't refuse parties for no damn reason," She said.

The door opened.

"Hey, guys!" Ariel was standing with her silky sleep shorts. I... I don't know what to say anymore...

Sleep mask was pulled up on her beautiful black, messy hair

She looked so beautiful.

Lisa hugged her tightly then pulled away

"Why aren't you answering my calls?"

"Which calls?" said Ariel

Lisa came to the house and I in came afterwards.

"It's 10 am Lisa," I said

"I don't care. It's been 2 weeks now, and you're still not yourself. You better tell me gurl. And... You're... You're already not telling me anything"

"I'm sorry Lisa, I really am. But I just can't say anything, not now."

"When then, wasn't 2 weeks enough to have time with yourself?"

"Lisa, stop it," I said

"Ian f*ck off, okay. I don't know why you came with me anyway?"

"Ian, can you please give us 3 minutes," Told me Ariel finally.

"I just came here to see you, now I see you're ok I'll go."

She held the door and Lisa was mocking me from behind.

"Ian please, she's just worried. You know her"

"I know Ariel. I'm just tired and... I don't know. I thought maybe we can talk"

"We can. I mean..."

"Maybe in another time," I said eventually

"Ok" She smiled

I found myself smiling back.

"YOU ARE GOING TO THE PARTY"

"Lisa please"

"Jasmin is leaving the town the exam, she's not even going to have a prom."

"I know, I'm going to say goodbye to her but It's not necessary to come to..."

"Whaaat... That's very rude and you know that."

"Whatever the reason is... Parties always make you feel better. And you have to say goodbye"

"I have to see my plans"

"Honey, talk to me, are you sure you're ok?" Beth said eventually to Ariel

"I'm fine, Beth. I'm just feeling a bit low these days" said Ariel while wearing her dress

Beth is the sweetest precious woman for Ariel. She's like a mother to her. Ariel asked Beth while she was pulling her dress

"Beth... can I ask you a question?"

"Yes honey"

"How do you know that what you're feeling is true? I mean... how can you make sure you've not mistaken those feelings with other... feelings?"

"Well, every feeling has its signs. First I'd ask, what signs have this feeling. After that, I'd compare it with what I'm feeling. You won't mistake it if you did this"

"Yeah. The last one I had was on a training day last month. So I feel much better those days"

"Good. I'm happy to hear that."

"I have an appointment too and I should be there at 8 pm"

"Oh, well if it's not gonna ruin your plans"

"How's Sonja?" said Ariel smirking

"I'm very happy she's out of town"
