Silenced

XIV| Pain

Slowly, the deep darkness surrounding my eyes faded away some.

I blinked a few times, trying to get adjusted to the dark room I was in.

From the icy cold feeling in my wrists and the fact it seemed like I was standing up, I guessed that I was on a wall, hanging.

I gave out an annoyed sigh, soon coughing, heavily.

The sound of me being up must've alerted someone as a door opened, letting in horribly bright light.

I closed my eyes as I winced, turning my head away from it.

"So yer the one that threatened the Alpha." A southern voice spoke with such an irritating confidence that it made me instantly want to punch him.

"Never before in my life have I wanted to punch someone for just speaking one sentence." I growled, narrowing my eyes to hopefully see whoever the hell said that sentence.

A burly man with a nasty scar blinding one eye growled at me. It wasn't a nice growl, a warning growl, animalistic too.

I growled back, leaning forward as much as the damn chains would allow.

The other guy stopped growling when I started, so I stopped, both of us simply glaring at each other.

"Ye got some nerve there, boy." The guy hissed, taking a large step towards me.

I forced myself not to wince, a sneer making its way on my face.

"Yeah, and you got some nerve on kidnapping a fucking minor." I grumbled back, leaning back onto the wall.

The guy scoffed, a snarling smirk twisting his rugged face.

"Sorry, kid, but ye were on our property and threaten our Alpha." The man stated this like it was some sort of high thing or whatever.

All I did was raise an eyebrow at the asshole.

"Yer ass is mine." That smirk grew... I really didn't like that smirk.

I opened my mouth to say something, but I didn't really have the chance to say a word.

The unnamed man threw a punch that whiped my head to the left. I groaned lowly as the pain flared inside me.

He hit me again, this time just below my ribcage, into what I guessed was my stomach.

I gagged harshly, the force of the punch having actually sent me hurling all that I had eaten that day! As little as it was, it still was enough to make a mess.

Apparently he wasn't done as after I was done throwing up, he landed another blow at my torso, this time at a rib.

I couldn't contain the sharp cry as it snapped under the force. This seemed to have only pleased his stupid bloodlust as his hits started getting harsher... Harder...

I couldn't feel anything after a while... Every while I would give a cry out as something broke, but the pain was starting to become numb...

Guess this was going to be my new life, till the 'Alpha' finished me off... How fun.
