This is the only page (as of right now on Wattpad) dedicated to the shipping of these characters. The characters of Damian Wayne and Emiko Queen. Hence why I've decided to coin the name of this ship as Damiko.
Well the latest issue of teen titans has come out so now I have to talk about it.
This issue deals with the aftermath of the teen titans facing off against lobo. We see that the team has completely changed tactics from the prison and is doing something very different with the bad guys. Instead of throwing them in prison they used Djinn's magic to basically warp their minds so that they aren't bad guys but people with changed identities that aren't causing harm. Basically they are all under Djinn's mind control now and are no longer causing harm. Which is good. But, there are even some morally ambiguous problems with what the team is doing. But, it isn't it's as horrible as what they were doing before and it makes me think that some more mind control might take place amongst the team In the future.
In terms of Damiko moments it turns out that Emiko had left the team and so Damian went to actually go and talk to her in person. As themselves and not in their costumes.

Them actually conversing together. I appreciate that this run hasn't really shown the other side of the teen titans alter egos interacting with one another.

The conversation they had was nice. Damian wants her back on the team. She started the new team with him and there is also a mole within the team and he trusts her to help him find out who they are.
Each of them also go over who the suspect might be. (Emi still gives him crap over Djinn and Damian's apparently blind feelings towards her. I don't know. I'm still convinced she did something to him).

Oh and speaking of that whole DamiDjinn thing Damian mentions that Whatever was going on between them is gone.

But, I have my sneaking suspicion that it will probably pop up again at some point.
Anyways, that's basically the issue. I saw on twitter that both Emiko and Damian will be appearing together in justice league #30. Now, this is something pretty noteworthy because Emiko has not been seen with Ollie or Dinah in a really long time. So there has to be an interaction between all of them. Which should be fun.

Oh and a lot of Damian's former teammates are there too. So we have to have them interact at some point and acknowledge how they've all been since his team broke up. (Something we never fucking saw!) Sorry, that still bugs me. Anyways what are you thoughts on this week's issue? Did you like the Damiko interactions? Do you see a bond growing stronger between them?
