*endgame spoilers if you haven't seen it (but this isn't going to follow the ending for some characters cause I'm still in denial)*

"(Child's name)! Morgan is coming over!" You y'all to your now four-year-old daughter.

Your daughter and Tony's daughter, Morgan, are best friends. They've really been stuck together, since they're parents are all good friends.

It's been hard for you, however. You lost the love of your life five years ago.

Steve has been a huge help, though. He's been there through it all. The birth, first steps, first words, everything. He felt like he owed it to Bucky by being there for you and your daughter.

Your daughter looks just like Bucky. Same eyes, hair, nose, even the smile is the same. As much as you miss Bucky, you're thankful that he gave you this child to carry on his legacy.

"Mom... Mo is here with Aunty Pepper."

You follow the child to the front door.

"They need my help, (y/n). I don't know when I'll be back.. But it'll all be okay. They're going to bring them all back. Everyone."

You just nod. You don't know what Pepper was going on about, but you trust her. You trust all of the Avengers.

"Be good for (y/n), Morgan.. Mommy will be back soon..."

Morgan throws her arms around Pepper's legs.

Pepper leaves, rather quickly, and Morgan and your child run off to go play.

Little did you know of the things that were to come.

"(Y/n).. It's urgent. You need to come to this location, and bring the kids."

Steve's words go through your mind the entire way over. You don't know what's going on. But if he says it's urgent, you don't question it.

"Steve!" You yell, rushing over to him.

"We did it."

"Did what?"

"(Y/n)." A voice says.

You feels your knees grow weaker and weaker.

"James?"

"Hey, doll."

Steve steps out of the way, and you see him. The love of your life, right there in the flesh.

Your legs can't move fast enough. You have to make sure it's him.

"I've missed you so much, James."

"I know.. but I'm here now."

Bucky looks down, and sees your flat stomach.

"What happened? What about the baby?"

"James... You've been gone for five years!"

"Wh-"

You feel a small hand tug on your sleeve.

"Mommy, Uncle Steve told me to come say hi."

Bucky's eyes fill with tears as he looks at the little girl standing beside you.

"Is that her?"

You nod, a smile on your face.

Bucky kneels down, now face to face with his child.

"Hi.." she whispers.

"Hi.."

"Is this daddy?"

You giggle. "Yeah, he's finally home."

I hope this is okay 🤷‍♀️ btw, Steve's ending in Endgame isn't the same as this imagine.
