Because you just might get it.
But I'm wishing for the days
Where my fears slip away.
I want to feel free
I want to take a chance
But when I do
My feelings get crushed
And I'm back to the start.
I need to feel something,
Like a bird flying against the wind
Like the earth when the ground gets cold.
I want to ve released
From these chains holding me
