you sat down with the a humph at the bar table. it had been far to hard today, sam wasn't helping complaining about everything. you were proud of him for how far he's come, but that doesn't stop you from wanting to slap some sense into him. a hand gently bumped into the back of your right shoulder. you turn just as bucky was walking passed, a smile gracing his face lightly.
nothing was spoken as he poured a glass of whiskey for the both of you, sam was still ranting behind you. little known to him, neither you or bucky were listening. you glance back at sam for a brief moment, his back was too the pair, you glanced up at bucky a mischievous grin on your face. his eyebrows raise and he glances towards the balcony door in a silent invitation. you hurry towards it, a skip in your step almost, the whiskey was still in your hand, in your other bucky's metal hand. eagerly you go to dance your worries off for the rest of the night.
