it wasn't you, loki kept telling himself as he stared back at figure staring at him from across the room. it was just lady sif, there's no way it could be you. out of pure temptation, he called your name, a smile on his lips. he stood up in hopes of drawing you nearer. he wanted to believe it, and he was beginning to. maybe the torture was over, maybe they were giving him a bit of peace.
he runs up to you, twirling you around without true meaning. he let you down with a grin, only for his face to fall when he saw your face. the blood drained from his face as you spoke to him. this being much worse than the likes of lady sif kicking him. he laid there and cried, as you continuously repeated the cycle you were in.
