Chapter 11: the sick

Nagisa's PoV

"Achoo" I sneezed again, continuously and uncontrollably...damn weather. I was sat in the lounge with okuda and kaeda surrounding me, patting my back and covering me with a blanket while Rio was in the kitchen, preparing us all hot chocolates.

Why now do I have to get sick? I wanted to have more fun with karma

"G-guys you really don't need to worry about me, I'm not even that si-achoo!" I sneezed once again.

"Like hell we can believe that nagisa" Kaeda quietly screamed, being considerate that I might have a headache.

"Kaeda's right nagisa, you should see yourself, you're as red as a tomato!" Okuda chirped up, her voice was some what soothing so I didn't argue back.

"Alright, I made hot chocolate!" Rio shouted when she entered the lounge, only to be violently hushed by okuda and kaeda, I couldn't help but sweat drop.

"So what are we gonna do?" Rio said while taking a sip of her hot chocolate.

"You guys don't need to worry about me..I'll do just fine on my own!" I tried to convince them that they didn't need to stick around and care for me as it was just a cold.

"Nonsense nagisa, you can't even finish a sentence without sneezing!" Kaeda argues back

"Not to mention, you're extremely red and your temperature is rising" okuda agreed with kaeda.

"But didn't you guys hav-achoo!...something planned today?" I didn't want them to cancel their video plans just because I had caught a cold.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of nagi!" I turned my head to the front of the lounge to see a handsome red head smirking, however I could see a hint of concern in his eyes.

"Y-you guys...you really don't need to, I'll be fine on my own.." I desperately tried one last time to change their minds, but they were too persistent.

"No can do nagisa, now why don't we leave these three girls to create their YouTube video and I will be your personal doctor for the day!" Karma gave me one of his signature smirks which could make thousands of girls pass out in an instant.

"O-okay...if you insist, but if you need to do anything impo-" I was soon cut off by karma's finger placed onto my lip, I started to blush but it was unnoticeable due to the fact my face was already redder than karma's hair.

"Don't worry, there's nothing more important than my precious nagisa's health" and when he said that, he gently picked me up bridal style and turned to the door.

Looking back, I could see okuda and kaeda fangirling like crazy with Rio giving a thumbs up while taking a photo, I couldn't help but to get flustered.

Karma's PoV
As I walked upstairs, I wandered through my house into my bedroom and gently placed nagisa onto my bed, covering him in the blankets and checking his head to see if his temperature was any good.

"Y-you really didn't have to do this you know...t-thank you Karma.." he gave an innocent smile in my direction.

Damn there you go, you got my heart pounding again nagisa

"It's no problem really" I smiled, patting his head while sitting on a chair next to the bed, trying to comfort him as he lays there...innocent, vulnerable...

Now is not the time to think those things karma!

I snap out of my thoughts when I hear a faint snoring, nagisa had fell asleep.
