Your pov

I guess I fell asleep and was knocked out for quite some time. When I woke Ciel said I was asleep for almost and entire day. I sat up and followed him downstairs which he protested to. I felt like cuddling, I followed him to his office and he sat in his chair like usual. I looked up at him and pouted slightly, he looked back at me then his eyes softened and he moved back from his desk. I smiled and sat in his lap with my legs on either side of him. I burried my face in his neck and he wrapped his arms around my body. He smiled and kissed my forehead, I licked his neck and he tilted his head slightly. "Y/N, no" I turned slightly and saw Alyssa in the door way. I guess she didn't know I was pregnant again. When I was younger Sebastian made me realize I needed to take control of my life. S/N and D/N spent so much time with Sebastian and Alyssa, Ciel and I didn't get to spend time with them a whole lot. I pouted slightly and laid my head on his shoulder. Alyssa becomes more irritated and Sebastian had to come in to stop her. He ended up taking her out of the room and Ciel hugged me tightly. I looked past Ciel and saw our reflection, I smiled knowing how much he really cared for me. I'm smaller than him so  it makes it easy to have me sit in his lap for so long. Sebastian came in and brought chocolate cake for dessert fully knowing it would ruin our appetite. I had felt sick all day and still do so I didn't eat the cake. I had a bite but then stopped after almost throwing up. I think I fell asleep after that, I don't really remember but I was in bed when I woke up. I looked at the clock on the bed side table and it was about 1 am. I felt a pair of arms wrap around me then it occurred to me that Ciel's light was on and he had papers scattered all over the bed. "Ciel-" I was cut off when he kissed my cheek. "Go back to bed you're tired" he yawned and continued to look over the papers. I smiled slightly and laid my head in his lap, as much as I hate to admit it but Ciel was right. Ever since we found out I was pregnant I've been very tired. Sebastian thinks it's because my body still isn't use to me being a Demon. I started to fall asleep and I didn't realize I kept nuzzling the back of my head into Ciels manhood. I felt Ciels on the back of my head, I blushed and sat up quickly so see Ciel blushing darkly and him panting slightly. His eyes were closed and he covered his face with the papers. I laid back down but put my head on the pillow. I heard the papers being picked up and moved, he put them on the table before turning his light off. My back was facing him but he didn't like that, he wrapped his arm around me and turned my body to face him. He was so needy at times, I smiled and closed my eyes again. He kissed my forehead and rested his forehead against mine. His hand rested on the small on my back and his other arm pulled me close to him. Sebastian didn't care that we did more adult like things as much as before. We we're adults now, I was lost in my thoughts and didn't realize Ciel trailing him hands up and down my body, he pushed me on my back and sat on my lap. I groaned slightly as he leaned over and kissed my neck. His hand brushed against my cheek and he bit down on my neck slightly. I bit my lip and tried to push him off but he was too heavy. "Ciel stop" he put his head on the pillow and rolled off of me. I sat up and sat on the edge of the bed, he had gotten out of the bed and grabbed my hands kneeling in front of me. I smiled slightly and he picked me up like he use to with D/N. I wrapped my arms and legs around him as he put his hands under my ass to support me.  we're already up and Ciel showed no sign of falling asleep soon so I stayed up with him. I tried not to fall asleep while we played chess he ended up winning. I stood up and started to walk to the kitchen earning a puzzled look from Ciel, He hurriedly put the game away and followed me. I looked back at him and extended my arms for him to pick me up. He chuckled softly and picked me up once more. I knew I would regret this but I laid my head on his shoulder, I started to fall asleep and he got me a glass of water. I dozed off in his arm and he went back upstairs to our room. Sebastian opened to door for him, Ciel glanced at Sebastian in his disapproving face. "What is it" Ciel stopped and waited for him to say something. "Why is it you both decided to have another child fully knowing you will leave it for us servants to take care of" Ciel paused and walked into the room closing  the door. They didn't know I woke up during that confrontation, Sebastian doesn't know what he's talking about. If anything I raised our children more than Ciel or him ever did. Whenever they we're gone I would be alone with them, they didn't understand how long they we're gone for and the tolls it took on me. I hugged Ciel tighter as he went to put me down. "So you heard him" I let go of Ciel and fell back on the bed, yawning I pretended to ignore what he said. He sighed softly and laid in bed with me. He wrapped his arms around my body and held me close to him as we both fell asleep.
