These are just excersizes that i do and have been seeing good results with.
Hipdips:
20 fire hydrants
20 standing leg lifts(each side)
Repeat three timesthigh:
20 laying side leg raises
20 clam openers
20 leg circles
20 leg raise, clam opener combo
20 inner thigh lifts
20 sumo squats
Repeat three timesFlat tummy:
30 sec plank
30 leg twists
30 plank twists
30 crunches
30 mountain climbers
30 reverse crunches
20 rolls (not the food.)Small waist:
30 sec plank
20 plank twists
20 side crunches
30 bicycle crunches
20 knee to elbows
20 hip raises
20 russian twistsArms:
20 Tricep dips
20 bicep dips
20 push upsCardio:
40 jumping jacks
5 minute jog
10 burpees
15 jump squatsSo this is just the quick workout I do. I usually have all the things on a popsicle stick and then I draw sticks until I finish. I also do dance so that adds into it, so I recommend that you do sports or something active for about a hour or 30 minutes.
