I would rather lose all circulation in my arms then take multiple trips after grocery shopping. So here are ways to toughen up your arms so you can do that easier.

Arm workout #1
10 push ups
20 tricep dips
30 bicep curls
40 second plank
50 knee tucks
40 second plank
30 bicep curls
20 tricep dips
10 push ups

Make sure to streach afterwards so that you dont get bulky arms, unless that is what you are aiming for. This will tone and slim your arms and shows reasults after a few weeks.

Arm workout #2
10 arm swings(each arm)
10 arm circles(each arm)
10 wall push ups
2 kneeling push ups aka hirl push ups
5 chair dips aka tricep dips
1 burpee
15 second plank
10 wall push ups
5 chair dips
20 bicep curls
10 arm swings.

Again make sure to streach afterwards. You can do the bicep curls weightless if you dont have any dumbells.

Arm workout #3
25 small arm circles(backward and foreward)
30 bicep curls
15 tricep dips
15 push ups
25 big arm circles(backward and forward)
15 tricep dips

Again strech afterwards and you will get great looking arms quick.

Arm workout #4
25 arm circkes forward
20 tricep dips
25 arm circles backward
20 push ups
30 second plank
Repeat 3 times.

So there is another one and be sure to strech afterwards. This will help target arm fat and build the muscel at the same time, creating slim toned arms.

There are some arm workouts that will get rid of arm fat and form your muscels. I hope this helped.
