So one of the harder places to lose fat is the stomach area. Here are some that i like to do and i have recived resaults from.
Flat tummy #1
30 crunches
1 minute plank
30 high knees
10 push ups
15 burpees
40 mountain climbers
30 jumping jacks
20 bicycle crunchesI did this one twice a day and it worked preety good. I saw resaults after a few weeks.
Flat tummy workout #2
30 jumping jacks
20 high knees
30 squats
20 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
30 high knees
30 crunches
20 squats
30 leg lifts
10 push ups
1 minute plankThis one was intense i kid you not. I only did this once a day and it took about two-ish weeks.
Flatbelly workout #3(gabriella whited)
30 second plank dip
30 second mountain climbers
30 second plank
30 second hip flexor (left)
30 second plank dips

30 second plank
30 second hip flexor(right)So did this twice a day and noticed reasults in a week. So this is one of my favorites and its only 4 minutes.

RepeatI did this twice a day and saw reasults in a week.
Smol waist workout (gabriella whited)

30 second plank pushupsSo i personally did this twice a day for quicker reasults and it did not fail me.
These are some workouts that i have done and am curently doing. I have found that gabriella whited (a bomb ass youtuber) has some of the best workouts that are short yet effetive. I hope you good luck, cya~•~
