Castiel x Reader

Another great request by @-Anime_For_Life- , thank you for being patient with this one I wanted to get it just right and it took a little longer than usual haha.

After being placed under the attack dog spell Castiel disappears so he won't hurt the ones he loves. While searching to find your angel you begin to lose hope before finally catching a promising lead from an old friend.

Pulling the small device from your pocket you frowned seeing the unknown number, "Hello?"

"Y/N? Y/N L/N?"

Recognizing the voice your eyes widened catching the attention of Sam and Dean. Standing up from the small kitchen table in your motel room you began walking around.

"Warren?"

"Yeah it's me, been a long time."

Nodding you moved to stand beside the window, "Yeah almost six years, everything okay?"

You heard him sigh causing a small feeling of worry to take root in your stomach as you waited for his answer.

"I had a run in with your angel friend."

Turning around quickly to face the boys they both stood seeing your face. Gripping the phone tighter you could feel your heart begin beating faster, "What happened?"

According to your friend Cas arrived at a local bar as Warren and a few hunter friends were meeting for a few drinks. After approaching the angel a fight broke out as Cas seemed to lose control and attack all four men. No one was killed but he managed to put two in the hospital and broke the arm of a third. When he'd first disappeared three weeks ago you'd put out a word to all the hunters you could asking to contact you or the Winchesters if anyone saw him.

Now that they had you were nervous, that night a few weeks ago would forever be seared into your memory. You were helping the Winchesters against a few demons terrorizing a town. In the end you summoned Crowley and tried to force his hand in putting a stop to them before anymore innocent people died. What you didn't expect was for him to cast his mothers favorite spell on your angel. Before anyone could stop him Crowley put Cas under the attack dog spell and vanished.

Feeling the spell begin to overtake him Cas had given you one final heartbroken and pain filled look before disappearing. You knew he didn't want to hurt you, Sam, or Dean but you wished he had stayed and let you help him. Now you had no way of knowing what was happening to him or where he was. Right now Cas was still very high on the angels most wanted list, being alone only lowered his chances of staying out of their grasp.

Sighing you sat back against the seat and continued to stare out of the window. The moment you'd hung up with Warren and explained everything to the guys you were all packed and on the road within minutes. Heading towards the small town Warren saw Cas in you hoped he was still there, you needed him back. After hunting with the Winchesters and Castiel for almost a year you had fallen hard for the blue eyed angel. Luckily for you he felt the same which led to a three year relationship.

Over time you'd both faced many obstacles but always seemed to come out okay in the end. Now you were just scared for your angel, he would never normally hurt anyone that didn't deserve it and right now you just hoped he still hadn't. Feeling the impala turn broke you of your thoughts, looking around you noticed a small bar outside the window and took a deep breath.
