Alyssa's pov

I soon heard sirens and knew the police were here. I prayed to god that they were still here.

"Open up it's the police" there was pounding on the door, Cam went over to open the door.

The officer came in and immediately looked at me. I knew it was questioning time.

"Hello Miss....." The officer asked not sure of my name

"Page Miss. Page" I said, he nodded

"Well Miss. Page we caught two girls trying to make a run for it, could you maybe tell us everything that led up to this" The officer asked

I nodded and started "Well it happened yesterday at the event we are here for Magcon, anyways I was up on stage with Dalanie. Then the lights just went out and I felt Dalanie being pulled away from me. It all happened so fast I had no time to react. Then the lights came back on and all the girls that were there for the event were gone and I was the only one up on stage. The others soon came out and that's it." I finished

"Ok miss um can you tell us how you found Dalanie and the two girls?" the officer asked again

Damn he's asks a lot of questions, or is it I just get irritated very easily.

"Yes well I decided to go walk around because I needed to clear my thoughts. Next thing I know I'm up on the roof. I was just sitting there then stood up and umm nevermind, but anyways I then felt something pushed me but they had me grab onto the side. I knew who it was when she looked down at me, it was a girl I use to go to school with Kayla Chambers." I said getting angrier

"Then she turned around and I climbed up and there was another girl there Lia Johnston my ex boyfriends ex girlfriend. Then I fought them off and grabbed my child and ran. And here I am now" I stated I let out a big puff of air out.

"Thank you for your time Miss I'll call back soon to keep you updated on what's going on" the officer said and then left

I knew Cameron was staring at me but I didn't move I knew what he was gonna ask. And I didn't want to answer it. I didn't want him to worry because Dalanie is back and I won't try it.

"Lis what were you gonna do when you stood up on the roof?" Cameron asked coming closer his voice low but full of sadness

"Nothing Cam I was just standing up so I could come back down" I said a little harsher than it was ment to be

"Lis I know when u are lying, you blink your eyes really fast and can't look me right in the eye. Lis just tell me" Cameron practically begged

"Fine you wanna know what I was gonna do!" I shouted then paused and continued

"I was gonna fucking end it, I was gonna fucking jump. I had nothing to live for Dalanie was gone and I was blaming it all on me I should of not of let her go so easily. Cameron I couldn't deal with the guilt I thought Dalanie was gone whoever took her killed her and I wanted to be with her." I shouted but barley got the last sentence out because I was crying so hard.

I fell to the ground Dalanie still in my arms. She just looked up at me. This is probably how she is always gonna remember me crying mot being stable. Cameron came over and wrapped his arms around me rocking me back and forth.

"I'm sorry Lis" I was all he said

In some ways I'm glad I didn't jump I would of never got Dalanie back and she would probably still be with Kayla or who knows she could of came to heaven with me. Or Cameron could of got her back and he would have to raise her as a single parent.

Thinking about the 'What if's' made me realize you never really know if those what if's could happen unless you do them.
