So this book is focused around improving yourself for you. But before you even start to work out or diet ect. make sure that you are doing it for the right reasons. It should be so that you are happy in your own skin, not for anybody else. Not to make any one jelous or to please someone else. These are reasonings that a lot of people struggle staying motovated to continued eating healthy or doing workouts. If you are doing it for you and only you then the chances of you staying motovated to get better are a bit higher. So truley as long as you are doing this entirely for you then it is also ok to be like "hah this bitch is gonna be jelly" or "joey is so gonna chase after me eventually." But only if you have the basis of motovation. And know you are perfect and if joey dont like you his loss ok.
