after calling for sooyoung and heading home, yerim straight away to her room and throws herself on her soft bed. she raises her cellphone in front of her face to see only a few words were written on the screen. she buries her face in her fluffy pillow and shout as loud as she can. the work got to be finish by tomorrow and she have no idea how she could finish it.

then her mind drifted to the small paper hoseok had gave her. she fishes out the crumpled paper from her back pocket. opening it to reveal a phone number. a light flickers in her and she sees hope. grabbing her phone and quickly dialing for the number, yerim waits for the person to pick up.

"look who miss me already." that is it. the same teasing tone and glorious smirk were heard from another line of the call. yerim inhales deeply, "could you help me now ?" she utters and bites her lower lips. her palms sweaty. she notices that it happened whenever she talk to jungkook. what is it ? a special symptom she gets when she is with him. even hearing his voice already cause her palms wet.

"alright alright. what is it ?" jungkook voice out, a small chuckles left his lips. "what do you like ?" she pulls a paper from the nightstand which only have a few words on. "you." he answer straightforwardly, no hint of embarrassment or shame. just the jungkook she knows. "i'm being serious jungkook." she retorts, fighting the blush that crawls up her neck to her cheeks. "so do i."

it was silent for a few seconds until she speaks up again, "why are you like this ?" she don't know why she keeps distracting herself. the supposedly questions she should ask were left somewhere inside the room. it is always about jungkook that bothers her. his attitude, his cockiness, his bluntness. "why am i like what ?" he retaliates. from the phone, yerim can sense that the man is smirking rudely, his eyes dark as usual. "stop flirting, i don't want to fail because of you."

"oh amaranth, as much as i really want to keep talking, i have some things to do."

oh shit not again. "no no, wait !" before she could say anything else, the other line had hung up the phone. she stares at the sheet on her laps. no, she can't stand this anymore. taking her black ball-point pen, she jot down any possibilities jungkook would do. remembering every detail he had done from the first time they met, earlier this evening.

after an hour of math and victoria bragging about herself, and an hour and a half of history which the teacher keep talking about her pets and personal life more that she should, it's finally science. yerim walks inside with sooyoung by her side. she proudly walks to where her place is. spotting jungkook already sitting there with yesterday's paper as he stares outside the window.

she pulls the chair and place herself down, the devilish smile did not stop spreading on her full lips. she takes out her own works and set it neatly on her table with her pen beside it. her actions gather attention from jungkook. the man already have his signature smile as she looks down at her paper.

"pool addiction ?" he tilts his head aside, brows raising in amusement. "smokers and will die because of lung cancer ?" he reads again. this time scratching his neck. "why did you write that ?" he questioned, looking at her with slight surprise in his tune. "you smell cigarettes." she answers which is a lie. even from few inches away, yerim can smell his musk lavender mix with orange citrus scent. it is so good, so intimidating. "i don't smoke." he states.

"uh, that's what smokers said." she shrugs. jungkook let out a dry laugh, grabbing her pen and cross it out. "look, i'm sorry about yesterday, alright ?" he announced, pulling the paper to him as he write down on his own. "but you can't just create things about me amaranth." after a few seconds, he pushes the paper to her. yerim watch as the man just wrote down about himself. there wasn't much compare to what she had created.
