—I'm sorry if I didn't came up with something huge or formal, I just thought you'd enjoy this more

I drove Gabriela and I to Revere Beach when she finally was free from work. Even though I had to go incognito, I chose the beach because Boston's weather right now it's pretty cold, so not so many people were going to be here, Gabbie and I were bundled up.

I made sure of organizing everything, I grabbed some blankets, a bit of white wine and I ordered 2 pizzas just in case

—It's perfect here, we can get to see the sunset -she says while rubbing her hands together-

—The weather is cold, isn't it? -I pass her one blanket- you could turn into a burrito if you want -I joke-

I set up the blanket on the sand and take everything else out, we sat on the beach while looking at the sea. I took my SnapBack off

—We can get to know each other more now. What would you like to know from me, Chris?

—Let's get lovey dovey -I joke making her laugh- do you believe in love?

—Of course I do! Love is the movement of humanity. And even though I believe love's fundamental, not everyone deserves your love -she pauses- 'cause love is like trust, it doesn't suddenly appears, you earn it

—I agree with you, which leads us to the next question which I think I know the answer to: "do you believe in love at first sight?" -she chuckles-

—I think you know the answer too -I raise my eyebrows- I don't believe in love at first sight—attraction at first sight, I do believe in it, but you just can't love someone by just seeing them unless it's a kid of your own

—I did knew the answer to that

—Can I ask you questions too? -I mumble a "sure"- do you think you've already found true love?

—No, I don't think so, I mean, I've found love, I've loved and I've been loved too -I explain to her while she looks at me, paying full attention- but I think true love is more than that, true love is that person that will make you fly over the sky and be with your feet on the ground at the same time, don't know if I'm explaining myself -I chuckle nervously-

—I think I got it

~

I wanted him to kiss me so bad, but I didn't wanted to be the one who kiss him first, I'm not into that "boys first" always but it's just that the last time I ended up being friendzoned and it was really awkward so I'm just gonna let everything flow

But I just can't concentrate with his cute pink plump lips right beside me. Evans, when are you going to kiss me?

—Are you cold? -he looks at me-

—Yeah, a bit -I smile at him- what about you?

He got closer to me, rolling us in the same blanket, we were almost cuddling in the beach, the feeling was so enjoyable

—Tell me about your family, what are they like? -he looks me in the eyes and then back at the sky-

—My dad's name is Diego and my mom's name is Luciana, I'm very close to them but I'm closer to my dad than my mom, you already know about my sister Sara, I'm also very united to her, she tells me everything, she says I'm her physiologist -we laugh a bit-

—I hope I get to meet them one day -he smiles at me, making me "aww" inside-

—I hope so too, they would love to meet you, we -I pause- we're MCU fans -he giggles, way too cute- but you could only talk to my dad and sister

—Why?

—Because my mom doesn't know how to speak English

—Did your dad taught you and Sara?

—Yup, but my mom never learned, she understands but doesn't speak it

—We'll teach her when she gets here

Well Chris, I'd hope she'd get here

We talked much more, we ate and walked around the beach, the sunset was making its way into the sky.

The cold breeze was hitting us, we remained in silence, but a very comfortable silence, just enjoying each other's presence and the view. I did loved the beach quite a lot, back in Venezuela I used to go monthly

And there it was, the sunset, the combination between the orange, purple and fuchsia in the sky was just perfect... I've always loved everything related to the sky, the sun, the clouds, the moon, stars. The sky is just perfect and mesmerizing

—Gabbie? -he grabs my attention, I turn to look at him as he looks right into my eyes-

—Yeah?

—I've been waiting all noon to do this

He then leans in and kisses me, it wasn't a hungry kiss, instead, it was soft, cute. Our lips were moving slowly synchronized, his hands were grabbing my face pulling me closer, this was paradise to me

~

—Thanks for today, Chris, I loved it -she shyly smiles at me-

—No need to thank, I really enjoy your company, Gabbie, I hope we can hang out more

—We will, I'm sure of that -she smiles- I'm planning the next date, is it okay with you?

This girl is amazing, she might be even better than I imagined

—Perfect -I laugh as we hop in the car- now where do you want to go? You want me to take you to your house or want to go to mine for a while?

—Hmm... we could go to your mom's house, so I get to know what should I bring for the Christmas dinner

I start driving

—Are you staying that night?

—If you guys want me to

—It's the most logical thing, make sure to bring some pajamas, or I could give you one of my shirts

I haven't seen her with pajamas but I'm pretty sure she looks prettier on my shirts

—Okay, I will Evans -I laugh-

—You're making me feel like an old man

—You are, in fact, you're older than me

—When you turn 30 I'm gonna start calling you by your surname
