It ain't your Business

Ariana's POV

"What's her name?" I asked, lifting my head from Jaxxon's chest as we cuddle in bed still naked.

"Who?"

"Your mom." I replied hoping that it's okay to ask about his mom.

"I don't know."

How come he doesn't know her name? No one told him? I thought he still have a grandfather. How about his father? Where is he?

I know its a sensitive topic for him so I won't push him to tell me more about his mother. It's fascinating how these beautiful artwork is inked in his skin.

"What does your tattoos mean?" I asked, tracing my fingertips on the tattoos of his shoulders following the lines down his arm and hand.

"I'd like to think that my skin is like a book. To some people, these are just inks, drawings but if you'll look closely you'd know that some of it tells the story of what I've been through. But some are just baseless shits I did when I was drunk or when I just feel like it." He replied, combing my hair.

My fingers stopped at a certain tattoo at the back of his hand. It was a face of a man. "Who is he?"
"My father." He replied and I waited from him to tell me more and he did. "I printed his face on my skin so I'd remember how he looked like."

"They are beautiful, you know? Your tattoos. I like them a lot. Maybe someday I'll have one too."

"And what would you put? "

"Hindi ko pa alam. Your name, maybe?" I asked, raising a brow meaning it as a joke.

Then his fingers in my hair froze like he thought of something then blurted his thoughts out. "One of these days, ipapa-tattoo ko ang pangalan mo."

"Jaxxon, nagbibiro lang ako. You don't have to do that."

"But I want to. I'd like to carry your name around on my skin, showing off everyone who owns me." He said firmly, looking down at me and I avoided his eyes mainly to hide the sadness in them when I realize he couldn't do that.

"Please don't do that, Jaxxon."

"Why the f*ck not?"

"There's this famous singer who tattooed his fiancé's face on his arms. Pero hindi sila nagkatuluyan kaya ayun, pinatakpan nalang niya ng bagong tattoo. Same with us, if we didn't end up being together, you'll regret ever putting my name on your skin." Paliwanag ko.

"Why the hell would I become like that f*cking singer? Hindi iyon mangyayari sa atin. I will never regret putting your name on me, I promised you that." He promised and I'm sure he was being sincere and I would've believed him if I didn't remember he was under a spell.

"The old Jaxxon wouldn't like that though." I scoffed.

"Old Jaxxon?"

"Yeah. The old Jaxxon, whom I was afarid of, the old Jaxxon who never gave me a second glance before and the old Jaxxon who was not under a spell. Kapag dumating araw na magising ka sa katotohanan at marealize mong hindi mo pala ako gusto, baka pagsisihan mong ipina-tattoo mo pa ang pangalan ko. Kaya ngayon palang, sinasabi ko nang wag na wag mong gagawin iyon. You will regret it."

"That will never f*cking happen." He only said before cupping my face with a slow kiss. "Would you go another round?"

I giggled when he peppered me kisses but then my phone rang.
