Abduction

Arianna Alvarado POV

"What brought you here, baby girl?"

"Can't I visit my mother?" Masungit na sumbat ko dito.

"I see, you're in that time of the month again, baby girl. It's so great being a guy." He smirked and I scowled at him.

"I'm not on my period." I said smacking him in the chest.

"Ow. Why you always hurting me, baby girl?" He asked pouting while clutching his chest.

"Shut up.

May date daw kasi." Nakasimangot na sagot nito.

The tree of us are are very close with each other. Having them as my friends is overwhelming. I've known Quiro since we were babies and being my cousin, we practically grew up together. I just don't understand why he doesn't want to study. His family can obviously afford to send him to college but according to him, he's good at everything but never at studying. It's his life. Hindi ko naman siya masisisi.

While Vanilla on the other hand is practically a sister I never had. She was a homeless girl until my mother brought her home when we were both  fourteen which is six years ago. She lived with us since then and I love her like a real sister until I brought my own house from across the town. Wonder how I managed to buy a house?

Before my father died, he left a ton of money to me and my mother. I got mine when I turned eighteen and bought a house and a car for myself while my mother used the money for her to start a coffee shop. I don't have any memories of my father since he died early but my mother used to show me pictures of him and tell me stories about him.

I've always been independent and living alone is not a problem with me.

"Date?! That girl! She didn't told me she was seeing someone." I exclaimed feeling a little betrayed since Vanilla and I used to tell everything with each other. She also knows my love towards Alexis King—well, everyone knows about it.

"Two caramel machiato and one americano, please. And add some croissants." I couldn't blame her, Quiro is a good looking guy, hindi nga lang kasing gwapo ni Alexis ko.

"Here's your oder, maam. Please come again." I smiled and gave her everything she asked. Quiro on the other hand, winked at her making her blush before she took one of the seats near the window.

"You're such a flirt, Quiro." Sita ko dito.

"Nagseselos ka nanaman, baby girl." Ngumisi ito at pinisil ang pisngi ko. Don't get us wrong, we're cousins and we always acted this way. Quiro is just very playful.

Sinipat ko ang kamay nito. "In your dreams, Quiro."
