Needing You

Ariana's POV

I slowly walk up the dark and dusty stairs of this place with tears streaming from my eyes as their voices slowly fade in the background. Staring at the empty street in front of me, I asked my self, where do I go now?

Naglalakad lang ako sa gilid ng kalsada habang umiiyak. Though under a spell, Jaxxon still chose fighting over me and its pricking my heart with millions of needles.

Why am I even crying in the first place? Sa tanong na iyan, biglang bumalik sa akin ang tanong ni Alexis kanina. Do I love Jaxxon already? Napatigil ako sa paglalakad nang mapagtanto ko ang sagot. Ilang segundo pa akong nakatayo sa gilid ng kalsada nang may tumigil na kotse sa tabi ko.

"What are you doing in the streets on a school day?"

"I should ask you the smae question."

Drey who had a smile on his lips vanished the moment he realized I had been crying. Drey is one of Cherry's friends which I used to hang out once in a while when I still had a normal life.

"Is there something wrong? Bakit ka umiiyak?" Agad itong lumabas ng kotse at nilapitan ako.

"I don't know. I must be crazy for crying over him."

"Who?" Nang hindi ako sumagot ay tinawag nito ang pangalan ko. "Is this about Jaxxon? Sinaktan ka ba niya?."

Yes he did.

"Drey? Pwede ba akong sumabay muna sayo? Cause I don't have my car right now."

He studied me for a moment before releasing a loud sigh and nodded. Binuksan nito ang pinto para sa akin bago pumasok at nagmaneho.

"Do you want me to take you home?" Baling nito sa akin.

"No. Just take me anywhere." Sagot ko na nakatingin sa labas ng bintana.

I was looking outside the window all the time with Drey constantly glancing at me in concrn until parking the car in front of a playground.

"Children's park, seriously?"

"You said anywhere." He replied and I chuckled.

Sa labas ay may limang batang naglalaro sa swing at sa mga slides. They all have excited smiles on their faces.

"Looks fun." Sambit ko na lumabas ng kotse.

"Would you like to try the swings?" Tanong ni Drey mula sa likuran ko.

"Sure." Umupo ako sa isa sa mga swings. Sumunod naman ito sa akin at sinubukan ding umupo pero masyado siyang malaki kaya hindi siya magkasya dito.

I laughed, throwing my head back at his effort to fit himself in the swing. In my case, saktong-sakto lang ako sa swing.

"Stop laughing." Drey said with a smile.

"Wag mo na kasing pilitin kung hindi ka kasya." Sambit ko.

"So sinasabi mo bang mataba ako?"

"Hmm.... Maybe." Sambit ko na kunwari nag-iisip. Drey isn't fat,sadyang pambata lang talaga ang swing na ito kaya hindi siya magkasya.

"Ganon' pala ha. I guess I'll just push you then." He said with a smirk as he went behind me.

"Kapag ako nahulog dito Drey, humanda ka sakin!" Banta ko dito nang mag-umpisa akong itulak sa duyan.

"Okay lang. Sasaluhin naman kita kapag nahulog ka."

"Sus! Ang corny mo-ah!" Napahiyaw ako nang itulak ako nito ng malakas. Tumawa lang ito nang malakas sa reaksyon ko.
