Doctor's Appointment

Chapter 3

I woke up this morning feeling so drained. I did some light exercises and stretches to awaken my body. I need to prepare my body because I'm coming out of my shell. LOL

Wondering why am I going out today?

Well this is one of the day that I could never miss every month in my life. Even though I was restricted to go outside at daylight, I must still go because its general check up and its all should be done in the hospital.

Here is the story, Dr. Yoon which is my personal doctor, siya ang pumupunta dito sa bahay everytime I need to have a minor check up. He brings all the medical stuffs and things I must have. But major exams are done in the hospital.

Anyways I have my NASA bodysuit like so that I can use to avoid the sun. That's why I'm preparing myself.

We're in the living room right now, I checked the time it's 7:00 AM, the sun is shining all around the city, people are awaken by it and the flowers outside are blooming, while me lying here at the couch keeping myself away from the sun, checking out my social media accounts and reading morning inspirational tweets. Well I still have social media even I don't hangout at all and maybe that's the advantage of it. Also it was summer and I don't have online classes to attend.

"Good Morning Kathy" pagbati ng nanay ko.

"Good Morning Mom" as I replied.

"You did some exercises huh?"she asked.

"Yes, may check up ako mamaya sa doctor so I must look healthy and fit" I replied and then I laughed because I only exercise thrice a week.

Natawa lang Nanay ko.

"The doctor's gonna ask you if how you are feeling because it's summer and it's totally hot, I hope you're okay anak?".

"I'm fine mom, super fine that I look hotter than the sun and it cannot outshines me. Also the house are equipped with the supergaling na power against the evil witch Sun, it cannot defeat me and the Queen Kathy won't take a bow."

Then we both laughed. I just missed this moment when me and mom shared laughs because this never happens now. She became too busy after being the Head Accountant of their office.

"Good Morning sa inyong dalawa, halina na at mag agahan na tayo, nakahanda na ang pagkain sa lamesa." pagtawag ni Aling Linda.

"Come on Kathy, get up and let's eat breakfast ". She grabbed my hands as she said it.

"Okay Mom, my tweet is posting in three, two, one and posted."

We shared a laugh while eating breakfast, ate Linda were sharing funny moments of her life when she was still a teenager.

Matapos ang almusal ay tinulungan ko na si Ate Linda magligpit ng pinagkainan. Mom told us na she's going to prepare na para sa appointment namin kay Dr. Yoon today cause we need to be there before 8:00 AM and must be back home early cause  summer heat is terrible.

Matapos makaalis ni mama ay dumikdik ako sa gilid ni ate Linda at tinananong siya kung nagsumbong ba siyang gabi na ako nakauwi.

"Ate Linda alam ba ni mama?" Pabulong kong tanong sa kanya.

"Alam yung alin? Yung late ka na bang umuwi o yung kausap mo kagabi yung bago nating kapitbahay?" Pabulong niya ring tanong.

Ikinabigla ko naman ang nasabi ni Ate Linda "You mean nakita niyo po kaming nag uusap kagabi?"
