"in the bunk room"

" but u ant had dinner yet and it is nearly done"

"yeah sure ni only until Harry shouts us OK"

"alright" with that Liam went over to niall and sat on his bunk and cuddled him for a bit

"liam,niall dinner come on" Harry shouted from the kitchen

"alright haz coming mate"

"ni mate come on dinner"

"yeah sure ni" with that Liam picked niall up and carried him into where the others where putting the plates down and Liam sat niall down on the chair and then he got all the drinks and placed them on the table then the others sat down and started eating but niall was just messing with his food once the others was done they noticed niall didn't touch anything

"ni u ok mate u ant touched ur food"

" yeah I'm fine just not hungry" after niall said that all the boys gasped niall never said no to food so they knew something was wrong with him

"ni mate are u sure ur OK u ant been ya self all day"

"yeah z I'm fine just sleepy now can u come and cuddle With me"

zayn gave the boys a question look before answering niall

"come on then mate" Zayn said as he picked niall up and put him on his bunk and then climbed in and cuddled him until he feel asleep which only took 10 minutes so zayn got up and went sat back down with the others

" Hey z is he asleep"

"yeah li he is"

"wonder what's up with him"

"don't know but he has hardly spoke all day "

"mm anyway let's go bed we gotta get up early tomorrow"

"yes sir liam night guys"

"night" and with all that the boys went bed

"alright li we are u just go make breakfast" Harry said as he sat up in his bunk

"alright then get ready" and with that Liam left so Harry jumped out of his bunk and got dressed same as Louis qnd zayn but niall was still in his bunk

"Hey z shall we get him up"

"yeah come on then hazza" so Louis went to help Liam and Harry and zayn went over to nialls bunk and opened his curtain and gently shook him until he sat up

"morning niall time to get up and dressed"

"mm" niall said

"come on ni get ready then u can have food" zayn said thinking niall would get straight up but he just stayed there

"would u like us to dress u nialler by any chance" and niall nodded his head so Harry got him some joggers and a top and put them on him then zayn done his shoes and put a snapback on him then they went into the front of the bus to see breakfast ready on the table so they all sat down but niall didn't touch his food at all

"ni u OK mate"

"mm" niall hummed as a tear fell down his cheek

"aww ni mate what's up" Liam asked as he bent down in front of niall but niall just shook his head then got up and went to the black van that was waiting for them

"guys do u think niall is OK"

"I dont but he looks tired and paler then yesterday"

"ur right z he dose look poorly let's just keep an eye on him"

"alright shall we go then" with that they all climbed into the van only to see niall resting his head on the window with his eyes closed so they all stayed quiet the hole ride. once they got to the stage they where all rushed for there hair niall went first then Louis, Harry,zayn, and Liam then they all had to get dressed then the stage hand people gave them mics each and then they went on singing better than words halfway through the concert niall was getting paler and wasn't really singing but he was coughing so he ran off stage and went to the toilet where he was sick from all the coughing after he was done he stood up only to fall and bang his head that was already hurting then he started seeing starts and then he passed out meanwhile the boys where all looking at each other thinking why niall ant came back so they decided to end the concert

"sorry guys we have to go bye"with that the boys all ran off stage and then they went straight to the toilet to see niall passed out

"come on guys let's get him to the couch" with that they picked up niall and carried him to the couch where niall started waking up

"hey ni u OK" and with that niall bursted into tears

"Oh ni buddy calm Down ur alright just calm down yeah"but niall didn't calm down he just carried on crying uncontrollable

"ni mate u really need to calm down before u make ur- Liam was cut of by niall being sick

"ur alright ni calm down ur fine"with that niall stopped puking but he was still crying so Zayn lifted him up and then sat down with ni on his lap

"come on buddy calm down"with that niall started to calm down

"That's it calm down"

once niall stopped crying zayn cuddled him

"right what's up ni and don't say nothing cause clearly something is"niall just berried his head in zayn neck

"come on bud tell us"niall went to say something but he went unconscious

"lads I think we need to get him hospital and NOW"zayn said as he got up they all ran to the van and told Paul to go to the hospital once they got there zayn ran straight in and a doctor came straight to him and took niall of him and then dissaperd with him so the lads all sat at the waiting

2 hours later a doctor came out "niall horan" all the boys got up from there seats

"his he alright doctor what was up with him"

"right niall had to have his tonsils out cause he had tonsillitis and he had a cold and stomach virus so he had it quit bad and I'm surprised he didn't tell u early cause he has had it for two weeks and he will have to stay here for two weeks BTW u can see him if ya want" with that the doctor lead them into niall room where he was lying in the bed looking very drowsy

"Hey ni u OK now"niall nodded

"Oh lads he won't be able to talk for a week"all the boys nodded

and the doctor gave ni a note pad and a pen and with that they started talk all the lads stayed by niall side the whole time he was in and he was out after 2 weeks and he was back to his self again
