Reflections in the glass,
show outlines of danger and alarm. She freezes, unable to look away.
Should she run or should she stay? The glass, now shows the outline of his face, the darkness of his eyes.
She feels compelled to turn around,
She's unable to breathe or make a sound. He's now behind her, she feels his breath, hairs on her neck now stand on end.
She should have ran or screamed out loud.
Instead, she remains with her head bowed,As he puts his fingers round her neck, a gentle touch but no less threatening.
She holds her breath and closes her eyes,
Counting down to her demise.
