Lightning and Luigi looked through many rooms and fought countless Gastly and still haven't found what they were looking for. Suddenly, while they were walking, a Haunter appeared in front of them with a scary grin on his face. Luigi almost jumped out of his skin as he saw the big ghost glaring at them. The Haunter cackled at Luigi's expression of fear. "I may not be the king, but I am big! Big enough to crush you!"
Luigi knew who it was for it for it was in fact, Boolossus, also known as Big Boo or Big Haunter now. Luigi slowly backed up as the Haunter floated towards him. "You can't stop us now, scaredy-cat. You are ours now!" He laughed.
"No, he's not" Lightning said. Lightning used a Thunderbolt as the Big Haunter was stunned for a few seconds.
He glared at her. "You will pay for that, you pathetic little pest!!!"
Big Haunter used Dark Pulse on Lightning. Lightning dodged the attack and used Iron Tail, but Big Haunter dodged and used Poison Jab on Lightning, striking her in the side. She collapsed to the ground and winces in pain.
"Lightning, no!!!" Luigi glared at the Haunter. "You will pay for that!!"
"Oh yeah, what are you going to do about it?" Big Haunter teases him.
Luigi charged a Shadow Ball and hit Big Haunter. Big Haunter winces but wouldn't give up so easily. "You little fool!! We won't let you defeat us this time!! Not even your pet mouse can stop us."
"Pet mouse?! I am not a Pokèpet!!" Lightning told him, struggling to get back up to her paws. She uses Thunderbolt on Big Haunter and becomes Paralyzed. He struggles against the Paralysis. "Don't think this'll be the last time you see me!!" Big Haunter said as he vanished through the wall.
Luigi rushes by her side. "Lightning, are you alright?" He asks her.
"I'm fine. Let's just find your brother and get out of here" she replied as they continue on.
They head to the last room they haven't checked yet. "I hope this is it" Luigi thought.
They both push the door open to see Mario trapped in a cage with chains.
"Mario!!" Luigi ran towards the cage his brother was in.
"Luigi!" Mario sighed in relief.
"I need to get you out of here, bro. Where's the key?" Luigi asked.
"I don't think you'll be leaving" King Boo's voice came from behind Lightning and Luigi.
They gasped at the sight of the Gengar blocking the only exit.
"Because you've got nowhere else to go. You can't run away from me" King Boo added with a laugh.
