As Sweetpea left I turn in my side and fall back asleep. The next morning I woke up and see Jug sits beside me.
"Hey little monster. How are you feeling?" He ask
"Ok."
"Well your free to come home so let's get home and you changed for school. Dad is waiting outside." Jug says
"Ok." I say as I get up and grab my things. As soon as I finish Jug and I leave the hospital to go home. Once I get into the car my dad turns to me
"How are you feeling Pumpkin?"
"A bit sleepy but, I'm fine." He says as we drive to the trailer park where we live.
"That's good. Pop wants you at the dinner after school." Dad says
"Why Dad?"
"To make sure your alright."
"Ok." I say as we pull up to the trailer and go inside.
"Can I take a shower?" I ask
"Of course you can." Dad says as I grab my clothes from the room Jug and I share and go to the washroom to clean off. As soon as I finish I change into a pair of jeans, my favourite tee-shirt and my jean jacket.
"Ready to go Mariah?" Dad asks as he knocks on the door.
"Yeah." I say as I come out of the washroom and grab my school bag. As soon as I walkout of my house I see Toni waiting at the door.
"How ya feeling M?"
"I'm ok. I need to get to school though."
"Ok. You want to come to the Whyte Wyrm tonight?"
"What time are you thinking?"
"8:30."
"Can Jug come."
"So, is that a yes?" Toni asks
"Yeah it is.
"Ok see ya tonight Toni" I say as Jug and I walk to the truck so dad can drop us off. As soon as we arrive at school Jug and I hop out of the truck
"Bye Dad." Jug and I say we get out of the truck
"Jug! Keep a eye out for Mariah."
"Don't worry dad I will." Jug says
"All of us will Mr Jones." Archie says as he, Betty and Veronica come up to us.
"Ok. See you after school." Dad says as he drives off. As I turn to my friends and see Reggie coming up behind them
