Imagine 14: No Choice

Y/N's (Your Name) Point of View

Being born with a silver spoon in my mouth, a.k.a. being a rich kid, is really nice. 

I can buy and get whatever I want and I can go wherever I want. Many people says my life is so perfect and unreachable. Well, it's not like its 101% perfect. I may have all the money and beauty in the world, but I don't have freedom. My parents always commanded me and tells me what I must do and of course, I need to obey them, because if I won't, they will disown me and leave me alone. And I don't want that to happen.

Right now, I'm in front of my locker to get some books. When I opened it, tons of crumpled papers greeted me as it fell down and scattered on the floor.

"Who the heck put these papers inside my locker?!!", I shouted as I slammed my locker's door. Everyone in the hallway were shaking their heads nervously while the others are walking away because they were scared.

"It is me, princess", I turn around and then I saw the most annoying and my one and only enemy in this whole world, Kim Mingyu.

"Did you liked my surprise?", he said while grinning like an idiot in front of me. If killing a person is not a sin, then I will kill him right now, right here.

"When did I liked your surprises? Your surprises are the worst", I sarcastically said and glared at him like I'm going to eat him alive.

Look, he may be so handsome, but for me he's the ugliest person in this world. Like really the ugliest. I wholeheartedly hate him. For real.

"Aww that's so sad~ Well don't you worry, I still have another surprise for you later~ Hope you'll like it, princess...", he said then winked on me and finally walks away, leaving me with the mess that he created. All I did was to roll my eyes out of frustration, and cleaned the mess that Mingyu did.

I went home with a grumpy face. I'm literally not in the mood right now, I'm completely stressed and pissed off at the same time the whole day. I just want to sleep right now. I need to rest, to relax, and to cool off. So I went upstairs, get inside my room and laid down on my soft big bed.

Damn this day

I was about to close my eyes and sleep when I suddenly heard my mom's voice downstairs, shouting my name.

"Y/N?! Get down here at the living room! Now!", my mom shouted like I'm currently at the top peak of a mountain, her voice is too loud, that it could wreck everyone's eardrums and could break every glass in this house. 

And to avoid hearing her enormous voice, I quickly stood up and went down to the living room.

My eyes were still half-closed for I was sleepy already, but as soon as I saw him, both of my eyes just widened in a second. He's here. No other than, Kim Mingyu.

What the heck is he doing here?!

"Oh there she is~ Sit beside me, Y/N", mom elegantly said and so I followed her.

"This is Mr. and Mrs. Kim, say hi to them...", my mom introduced Mingyu's parents, so I bowed to them, showing my respect. They do deserve my respect, only their son is the one who doesn't deserve it.

"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Kim", I greeted them and smiled. But my smile faded as soon as I glanced on Mingyu, who's currently grinning right now

Gosh, I really want to slap his damn face so bad.

"Nice to meet you, Y/N~ You know what, you're so pretty~", Mrs. Kim complimented and so my smile came back. 

I know right

"And that is Mingyu, their one and only son", mom introduced Mingyu.

"Hi Y/N, nice to meet you", he said while smiling like an idiot then he winked on me.

"Yeah, hi", I said with a fake smile then secretly rolled my eyes at him.

I then turned my attention to my mom and asked her, "What are they doing here, mom?"

"Well they are here to talk about your marriage"

Wait... what? Getting married? Who? Me?

"Me? My marriage? To whom will I get married, mom?", I asked, literally nervous to whatever my mom will replied.

Please mom...

Please not him-

"Of course to Mingyu", my mom directly said with a smile, which made my breathing stopped for a second.

I'm going to get married with this jerk?!

For real? 

Hell no!

"What?! But why mom?", I whined out of nowhere.

"Because we want to. Why? You won't do it? Hmm?", my mom said which made me shut my mouth and start to think deeply.

If I will get married to this guy, then my life will be a mess, literally a mess. And if won't marry him, then my parents will leave me alone and disown me, which I really don't want to happen.

"So what's your decision?", my mom snapped me back to the reality.

"Umm...."

I'm still hesitating to say yes. But it looks like I don't have any choice anymore, so I took a deep breathe and answered my mom's question.

"I will marry him"

"Good girl~ Now sign this paper", my mom gave me a paper which an agreement paper that Mingyu and I will going to get married, and surprisingly, his signature is already in this paper. 

I really hate this decision but I don't have any choice, like really, not even a one hopeful choice. So in the end, I signed the paper.

After that, I looked at Mingyu which is currently staring at me, smirking like he has something to do with me which surely I won't like.

"Surprise princess~", he mouthed then grins widely like an damn idiot.
