"Hi bibi-bear!"

He looked at me with an annoyed expression bago inilang hakbang ang distansya sa pagitan naming dalawa. Nasa SC office kasi kami. I was expecting to see the other officers pero siya lang ang nadatnan ko.

"Where have you been?" Agad na tanong nya sa akin ng makarating na sya sa harapan ko. Our bodies are just inches away from each other, and I can clearly hear his harsh breath. He looks fucking annoyed. "I've been looking for you everywhere Ayumi. Where the fuck have you been?!"

Di ko pinansin ang sinabi nya. I smiled sweetly at him before entering the room. Umupo ako sa dulong bahagi ng office nila, kasalungat ng table nya.

"Diyan lang sa tabi-tabi. Nagpapahangin"

"Bullshit!"

I almost jumped on my seat when he kicked his chair making a loud noise. He looks so mad while glaring at me, nanduon sya malapit sa table nya, nandito naman ako sa kabilang bahagi ng room. Magkabilang mundo ang drama naming dalawa ngayon. I remained seated as he tried to calm his self.

"Don't bullshit me Ayumi" sambit nya sa matigas na ingles. "You're not picking your goddamn phone, and you're not even replying to my fucking messages!"

"Naiwan yung phone ko sa bahay eh" Inosenteng saad ko.

I tilted my head and smiled sweetly at him. Pero di pa rin ako umaalis sa kinauupuan ko. He took few deep breath before finally looking at me.

"Where the hell have you been?" Mas kalma na ang boses nya kumpara kanina.

So, dahil sa nakita ko last week, I decided to go to Palawan. And I intentionally left my phone behind, ayaw ko kasi ng toxic. I was there for four whole days hanggang sa matapos ang school intrams, total wala naman kaming practice eh, and I told my teammates na sila na muna ang maglaro para dun sa league na sinalihan namin. I'm quite confident about their skills naman, and I wasn't wrong, because they won all of the 4 matches that they played. Well done.

"Nagpahangin nga lang kasi" I repeated what I said kanina.

And that's quite true. I went there to unwind, to relax, and to think things. Iniisip ko kung ano ang gagawin ko right after sa nakita ko nung gabing yun, inisip ko kung ano ba talaga. And then thanks to the calming environment that place had, I came to a conclusion. Kaya heto ako ngayon, nandito sa harapan nya, acting like I saw nothing that night, acting like nothing is wrong, acting like everything is still perfect. Wala eh, mahal ko. And mas takot akong mawala sya kaysa sa masaktan ko ang sarili ko. And yes, I am stupid enough to act like that was just nothing.

"Ayumi" there goes his warning tone again.

He quickly shorten our distance ng mapansin nyang wala talaga akong planong tumayo sa kinauupuan ko. I was sitting on the table kaya ng makarating sya sa harapan ko, ay pantay lamang ang aming mga mukha. That made me stare at his green eyes. Nakaka-inlove talaga ang mga mata nya.

"Bibi-bear, maniwala ka kasi sa sinasabi ko" malambing na sambit ko. I touched his face kaya lumamlam yung expression sa mukha nya. "I meant no harm okay?"

"You should've told me--"

I cut his words by giving him a quick peck on his lips. And that made him smile.
