"LET'S HIT THE WATER!" Erza raised her fists proudly, "come on (y/n)!" Wendy pulled my hand, "oh you go on out Wendy.. I'm too shy to go out there" I told her, "please (y/n)! You look so pretty and it's Valentine's Day you're bound to find someone!" Wendy pulled harder, "WHY SHOULD I TAKE ADVICE FROM YOU?!" I asked bashfully, "HEY THERE (Y/N)!" Gray appeared beneath me as he lifted me onto his shoulders. "Agh! Gray! Put me down!" I squealed as I held onto his head, trying not to fall, "you look pretty come on! You should hang out with us, you're looking hotter than the sun" he smirked up at me, "I TOLD YOU!" Wendy pointed at me which made me blush and point back at her annoyedly.
"Ok fine, do you want to fight me in the water or fight me in a food battle?" Gray asked me, "I'd like you to put me down before I fight you with magic" I said nervously as I tensed up, "oh right I'm sorry" he laughed and put me down, holding my hand to make sure I stood up ok, "besides it's Valentine's Day, you should be with Juvia" I said as I motioned to her, who was currently trying to drown Lucy underwater while yelling 'Love Rival', "if I wanted to spend Valentine's Day with Juvia why would I be over here?" he laughed.
"That's my question" I said shyly as I crossed my arms, "oh my- I wanna spend it with you! Come on you're cute and sweet! You deserve to take a break and have fun with us today!" he said proudly, after a few hours me and Gray were on the shore building a huge sandcastle, when Natsu and Erza flew by and suddenly destroyed it by accidentally kicking it at Natsu ran for his life. "HEY! MANIAC PYRO! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Gray yelled angrily, "GRAY THIS IS IMPORTANT!" Erza yelled back at him, "NO! WHATS IMPORTANT IS THAT YOU AREN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING THAT (Y/N) IS HERE!" Gray defended me.
Oh no, I was causing them to fight, I quickly snuck away, I used my Arc of Embodiment magic to create a dress and slipped it over my swimsuit before I walked to the nearby park, I sat by a small creak and looked at the flowing water, I had the guild convinced I was a simple mage that can create small weapons like daggers or knives, when in all honesty I can create just about anything that I can think of, I rested my chin in my palm as I stared at the rushing water.
"Wanna relive the beach here?", I swung around, Gray stood there wearing a button down shirt that was unbuttoned, "ah.. it's ok, I'm sorry I caused you guys to fight" I said shyly as I rubbed my arms, "hey it wasn't your fault, I'm sorry we made you feel like that" he apologized. I pouted my bottom lip, "come on! It's not too deep but it's still water!" I said as I took his hands and stepped into the creek, "hehe, lighten up!" I said as I bent down and splashed him with the clear water.
"Don't try me (y/n)!" he said as he did the same thing, after a bit I slipped into the water, Gray attempted to catch me but I fell in and he landed above me, both of our hairs wet, sticking to our faces as we stared into each other's eyes, "I'm so glad I made this decision" he whispered, "what decision?" I asked quietly, he smiled and leaned down, pressing his lips against mine. "This one."
