Chapter 26: You Lied To Me?

"Hey I got chips!" Nick said smiling walking through the door with Aaron,

I smiled as Zak slowly got up.

"Aaron I need you to come with me, we have to get your part of the episode" Zak said,

"Got it" Aaron said.

"I'll be back around 7" Zak said as they walked out the door.

"How are you feeling?" Nick asked moving towards me.

"I feel like death" I said.

I moved up a bit as Nick slid on the couch he wrapped his arms around me as I set my head on his chest. His chest was so warm, the sound of him breathing in and out, and his heartbeat soothed me to sleep. When I woke up I was in a dull pain, and wrapped in Nicks arms. I heard a knock at the door, I glanced at the clock,

6:25.

I untangled myself and went up to the door, I opened it expecting Zak and the rest of the guys

Damn was I wrong.

I was pushed aside i let out a grunt and held my stomach. I looked up to see Nicks ex-wife make her way over to him. She stopped at him then looked at me,

"So you must be Ashley" she said walking towards me.

I stood there as she walked closer,

"Know why I'm here?" She asked a couple feet away,

"Why?" I asked,

"Nick misses Ana, so for her we're getting back together" she explained.

I looked at her confused,

"Aww he didn't tell you? I bet he didn't tell you that he never turned in the devorice papers" she said.

"Yes he did" I said

She reached in her purse and handed me the papers,

"See" she said.

"I'll give you a minute to collect your thoughts" she said walking out the door.

As she left I went to the kitchen and took a couple Pain killers, I looked around. I sat down on the floor letting a couple tears hit the floor. I jumped when the kitchen light flipped on.

"What's wrong?" Nick asked walking toward me,

I didn't bother to look at him in his black sweatpants and no shirt.

"You lied?" I mumbled,

"What?" He asked kneeling down his face inches away from mine.

I looked at him and stood up, he did the same. I looked at the papers I held in my hands, I looked away from him as I dropped the papers and started to walk up the stairs.  When I was out of sight I ran to my bathroom, I turned around locked the door and pressed against the door. My meds started to kick in, I had a lot of thoughts that I get, including suicide. Zak would watch me until it passed. I looked around and found sleeping pills,

"Who cares" I mumbled.

I took the entire bottle of 50 pills. I felt drowsy as I laid on the floor, I couldn't move, I could see and hear fine. I felt my body get hot and sweaty. I finally started to fall asleep.

[ZAKS P.O.V]

"Hey dude" I said as I walked in the door,

"Hey" Nick said,

seemed like something was wrong.

"Where's Ashley?" I asked loud.

"Ah She went upstairs" Nick said pointing upstairs.
