THE sakura trees embraced your body, the smell of their freshly blossomed flowers enveloping you.
Now that you were standing in front of those gates again, you could not imagine how long it had been since you were even here.

“(Y/N)-chan?” She asked. “What are you doing here?”
You turned, and seeing who it was, you smiled. “I could ask you the same thing, Honoka.”
Her ginger hair flowed in the passing wind as she smiled, “The same reason you are.”
Dream or not, you knew somewhere deep down that it was real, though it could not have been.
After all, they had disappeared a long time ago, taking their dreams with them.
“No fair, Honoka-chan!” Rin shouted from behind the both of you, and you turned to see the rest of μ’s smiling and waving.
Despite yourself, you smiled back, pleased that you could, at least, see them one last time before moving on.
“Don’t be sad, (Y/N)-chan,” Kotori comforted, putting a hand on your shoulder. “Nothing lasts forever.”
“Kotori speaks true.” Came Umi, standing on your right.
Together, they looked towards the school gates where the rest of the girls were standing with their hands pressed against the black metal.
Without another word, they took your hands in theirs and brought you through the gates.
