"You like him?!" gulat na tanong ni Bienice. Nabigla lang din si Joyce sa lumabas sa bibig niya kaya't bigla siyang nanahimik. "Hey! Anoo beb?"
"Anong ano? A-ano.." maikling sagot ni Joyce.
"Ano nga? Totoo?"
"Oo beb. Sa tingin ko palang naman. Di ko pa sure."
"Di ka pa sure? Teka, paano mo nasabi?"
"Di ko alam. Ano.. Uhhh.. Kanina kasi, I was lying in my bed then I suddenly thought of Kris' face." napangiti ng todo si Bien sa nalaman.
"So I also missed something? Recently lang yan?"
"Medyo? Nung saturday diba sabi ko sayo lumabas kami, I was really happy that day. Kasi akala ko hindi talaga siya naghanda as in kung ano na lang yung pwedeng gawin pero he made an effort. Maybe he was thinking that it was just a friendly date pero I find it romantic."
"Kung alam mo laaaang." bulong ni Bien.
"Ano beb?" tanong niya rito.
"Ah wala." I can't tell you beb. I believe that he should be the one to tell you. "So what's your plan? I mean, are you planning to tell him?"
"Of course I can't. We will remain as friends, I guess."
"I agree with that. Let him confess first."
"As if he has something to confess huh?"
"Ah oo nga. Di pa pala natin sure kung gusto ka rin niya. Beb, gabi na pala. I'm going home now."
"Akala ko you're staying here. Sige. Hatid na kita sa baba." sabay tayo nila tsaka umalis.
Kris opens his twitter account. Matagal na pala siyang di nagbubukas nito simula nang umalis si Lyka. He texted Joyce to follow him kaso wala pala itong account sa twitter. He is staring at his account when he thought of deactivating it. Then something popped up 'JoyceGVillacruz is now following you'. He smiled and tweet her right away.
"@SantiagoSebastian: Hiiiiii! You created a new account?" he tweeted.
"@JoyceGVillacruz: Ah no. I didn't know that I still have this. It was Bien who actually asked me to make one a few years ago."
"@SantiagoSebastian: I see. How've you been? Did you do our assignment in Algebra already?"
"@JoyceGVillacruz: No not yet. Bienice was here few minutes ago so I forgot about the assignment. Haahaa!"
"@SantiagoSebastian: You need help? :)"
"@JoyceGVillacruz: I'm glad to hear that you are doing your assignments now. That's good. ;)"
"@SantiagoSebastian: Thanks to you. :) Thanks for always encouraging me. So, you need my help?"
"@JoyceGVillacruz: Okay if you insist." Tinawagan siya agad ni Kris sa phone para tulungan si Joyce sa assignment.
