"I called to, uhm... Can I ask you out on a date, Sophia?" ani Andy sa kabilang linya.

"Date?"

"I wanna take you out for dinner tonight."

"You serious, Andy? I mean, I thought you're in a school event."

Dinig ko ang mahina niyang tawa. "I'm serious. So? What's your answer?"

"I will pick you up there in thirty minutes, - with bells on! Okay with you?"

"O---kay."

"See you soon, babe."

Dinner? Formal dinner ba ito o casual lang? I open my messenger to send him a text.

Sophie: Where are we having dinner, Andy?

Andy: You'll find out later. It's kinda semi-formal, if you need that information though.

Staring at his message, I smirk at myself.

Sophie: Alright.

Andy: Can't wait to see you ^^

Sophie: Me too (blush emoticon)

I take a very quick shower. As the warm water hit every every part of my skin, my brain is preoccupied at the same time about this unexpected date. Me and Andy. On a date.

I've been with Andy for almost two weeks already. We go out and all but the idea of him asking me out on a real date is thrilling. The anticipation reaches its fever pitch as a find myself in a hurry whilst tying my robe, and in my mind I already know what to wear.

They say one can never get wrong with a little black dress so I brought one of the countless LBD I own in this trip.

Fashion rule: Every girl daw should own at least one simple but elegant little black dress because this is too easy to dress up or down depending on the occassion.

I wear an evening makeup which is not too heavy, not too light, a pair of simple rose gold earings with a tiny stone and its matching bracelet as my only pieces of jewelries. Less is more! I tell myself.

Carrying with me my pointy heels and my purse on the other, I scurry along the hallway until I reach the front door. I put on my shoes before I finally leave the unit. My heels click as they hit the metal on the threads of the stairs as I go down.
