7 months passed
In these 7 months Kartik was very careful for Naira and his princess.
In starting of Naira's 7 month he started working from home
Bhoomi and Rahul are parents of a Baby Girl. They named her Roshni
Zoya and Karan are now proud parents of A baby BOY . They named him Ranveer.....
Keerti and Naksh are parents of a baby boy. They named him Aarav
Laksh and KT have gone to Lonavla with Jhanvi.....
They were coming back right now. They were on highway....
Laksh:- Did our Jhanvi enjoy?
Jhanvi smiled
KT:- Laksh tum plz car Dhyan se chalao...
Laksh:- KT Don't worry hum ghar hi jaa rahe hain.
KT:- Haan I hope Naira thk ho. Uski due date do din baad hai
Laksh:- KT tum chinta Mat karo puri family hai Naira ke saath aur hum bhi toh vapis jaa rahe hai
KT:- Laksh pata nahi kyu mujhe bht ajeeb lag raha hai.
Laksh:- KT kya hua r u okay?
He was looking at KT . He didn't realise that from the other side a truck was coming... and the truck hit their car...
On the other side
KaIra were walking while Naira was having ice cream
Kartik:- Naira ab tum thk ho na?
Naira:- Haan Kartik ice cream khaa kar acha lag raha hai. Sorry mere mood swings ki wajah se tumhe bht pareshani hui
Kartik:- Sshhh... chup tum jab mujhe order deti ho toh bht cute lagti ho.. aur rahi baat mood swings ki toh main bilkul pareshan nahi hua tha.
Naira:- Sachi
Kartik:- Muchi
Suddenly Naira started feeling pain in her womb
Kartik:- What happened Naira?
Naira:- Kartik my labour pain
Kartik picked up Naira and took her to car.
He drives car to hospital
The doctor took Naira in labour ward
Kartik called Nandini
Nandini:- Kartik Beta tum...
Kartik:- Maa aap plz jaldi Life line hospital aa jao. Naira ko labour pain
Nandini:- Tum.... acha hum abhi aate hain
Nandini told Karan and whole family...
They were abt to leave when Sahil got a phone call
Sahil:- What? How it happened?
Tulsi:- Sahil kya hua?
Sahil:- Maa woh Laksh aur KT ka accident
Ganga:- Jhanvi to thk hai na
Sahil:- Pata nahi unka accident highway par hua tha. To vo unhe City hospital leke gye hain....
Nandini:- Karan tum aur Shivani Kartik ke paas jao.
Main,Tulsi Maa aur Papa,Prerna aur Anurag....KT aur Laksh ke paas jaati hain....
Ganga:- Nahi Nandini Naira ko tumhari zarooorat hogi..
Tulsi:- Haan Nandini tum aur Karan jao Naira ke paas.
Prerna:- Nandini tum Naira ke paas jao..
Nandini reluctantly agreed
Nandini,Karan and Shivani came to Life line hospital.
Kartik:- Maa vo Naira ander...
Nandini:- Kartik relax
Kartik saw Nandini disturbed..
Kartik:- Maa Papa kya hua?
Shivani:- Main batati hoon
Shivani told Kartik abt Laksh and KT's accident
Kartik was shocked
Kartik:- Kyu kar rahe ho aap aisa Krishna Ji...
Inside Naira was struggling while pushing....
On the other side
Everyone reached City Hospital
Sahil:- Laksh and KT?
Doctor:- They both are fine but....
Ganga:- But What?
Doctor:- But their daughter
Prerna:- Yes Jhanvi. What happened to her?
Doctor :- Sorry to say we can't save her..she died just few seconds before only...
Everyone was shocked

In Life Line hospital
Nandini went inside to help Naira...
Naira pushed and the baby's head came out...
Naira again pushed and doctor took out the baby...
Yes it was a baby girl...
But Naira again started screaming
Yes Naira was carrying twins....
Doctor asked Naira to push
Nandini held Naira's hand and gave her strength
Naira pushed with full pressure
Doctor took the other baby and it was another baby girl....
Doctor held both the babies and gave to Nandini.
Nandini happily kissed on both their foreheads
Naira slept due to injections
Nandini took the baby girls to their Papa.
Nandini:- Kartik both are baby girls
Kartik( in tears):- Maa meri 2 princess
Karan hugged Kartik
Kartik took both babies in his arms and was feeling himself on cloud 9.
He was a father now.
Kartik:- Maa Naira woh thk to hai na?
Nandini:- Kartik Naira thk hai par vo so rahi hai injections ki wajah se.....
Suddenly Karan got Mihir's phone call
Karan:- Jee Papa
Mihir(crying):- Karan Beta vo
Karan:- Papa kya hua aap ro kyu rahe ho
Mihir:- Beta Jhanvi nahi rahi
Karan:- Papa aap kya Bol rahe hain
Mihir broke down and call got disconnected...
Karan saw Kartik and Shivani playing with babies.
Kartik and Shivani went inside to Naira
While Nandini came to Karan
Karan hugged Nandini and started crying...
Karan:- Nandini Jhanvi....
Nandini:- Karan kya hua Jhanvi ko?
Karan:- Nandini Jhanvi nahi rahi
Nandini was shocked
She called Tulsi
Nandini:- Maa kya hua? Karan yeh kya Bol raha hai?
Tulsi:- Nandini Jhanvi ne kuch 5 minutes pehle hi apna dum toda hai
Nandini:- Par Maa aisa kaise... use kya hua
Tulsi explains her that accident was major
Infact KT and Laksh are also badly injured.
And they both don't know abt Jhanvi's demise
Tulsi:- Nandini Naira Kaisi hai?
Nandini(crying):- Maa usne 2 baby girls ko janam diya hai...
Tulsi:- Mujhe samjh nahi aa raha...
Un do bachiyon ke liye khush hoon ya phir hamaari Jhanvi ke liye dukhi......
