- I want you to write something tragic and beautiful at the same time. Something heart breaking yet heart warming. Hindi naman kailangan romance. Basta what I'm expecting is yung gawin niyong good ending yung tragic ending. Make it feel like that's what the story needs. Make it feel like that's what the readers want.

- What lets you prevent yourself from doing something you wanted? This song has a beautiful story behind it. I know it'd romantic pero I know you can work .and create a much better story than that.. Just let the song take you somewhere nice and let your story take us to that same place.

- I confess, hindi ako fan ng OPM. But this song is striking kaya ko siya pinili. It's really tragic, every lyric and every word. Based sa audition piece niyo eh bagay tong song na ito sa inyo kase you both passed stories about bidding goodbye. Kaya i know it will be easy. You can work with this.

SONG: Let Her Go - Passenger
- This song is thematically about regrets and epiphanies. Hindi lang relationship ang nawawasak kapag naglelet go ka. Kaya I don't want you two to focus much on romance kahit the song is begging you to. Control your story, not the other way around. Pero of course, hindi maiiwasan ang romance. You can make it romantic pero dapat unexpected.

- I like this song, a lot. Kaya ko siya pinili kase this song is about hoping for something that is already gone. That is already tragic. Basta this song is perhaps the easiest among the 4 if we're talking about tragedy. Actually marami akong plots na naiisip para dito and it's not just romance. I want you to work on that; turn this song in a tragic way.
