"So are you really going to leave us?"I say with a blank expression.
"Yeah, I kind of have to," He answers.
"Promise you will get us out of here," Dizzy says seriously looking into his big brown eyes.
"I will," He promises.
"Just don't let our parents out," I demand. "No matter where we come from our parents would destroy everything including us,"
"Yeah you only want to take down Arthur," Carlos jokes. We all can't help but giggle. It is nice. Dizzy bids Carlos goodbye and tries to talk to Evie.
"I want to give you something," Carlos says putting his fist in my hand and releasing a beautiful necklace. It was a half moon and a picture of my father.
"Where did you find a picture of my father?" I ask still mesmerised by its beauty.
"The Mad Hatter gave it to me," He smiles.
"It's beautiful," I claim. I want to say just like him but he will probably not like it. I ask him to put it on. I lift up my hair and he puts it on me. I pull him into a big hug. The last one before he is gone.
