"Why'd you order a salad?" Josh asked, unlocking the apartment door, "You never order stuff like that."

Tyler shrugged, walking through the door, "I don't know. Watching my figure, I guess."

Josh began laughing uncontrollably. He tried muttering out words but it was overlapped but his inability to contain his laughter.

"What? What's so funny?" Tyler questioned, looking at Josh with concern.

"Y-You're not being s-serious, right?" Josh said between giggles.

Tyler nervously smiled and shrugged once again. Josh calmed himself down and wiped the tears that he obtained from laughing off of his face.

"Why would you worry about something so unnecessary? If you think you're fat or some stupid thing like that, you're not. Plus, you're a ladies man. You have girls crawling to your feet all the time," Josh smiled.

Tyler continued to look at the ground. Honestly, it was true. Girls always wanted Tyler. He never knew why. He would always reject them, of course, and Josh never knew the reason why.

"Why don't we make cookies? Who gives a shit about your weight?" Josh reasoned.

"Um, okay," Tyler decided maybe it was a good idea to get his mind off of things that surely don't matter. Besides, spending time with Josh could make Tyler forget about anything and everything, "We should make honey-peanut butter cookies!" Tyler said jumping up and down.

"Okay, okay," Josh laughed. He knew they were the brunette's favorite.

Josh went to grab the ingredients while Tyler grabbed a bowl and the bag of flour. The petite boy sat on the countertop with the white bag on his lap while Josh set the items on the table. Tyler began fumbling with the opening tab on the flour, struggling to open it.

"Need some help?" Josh questioned.

"No, no," Tyler insisted, swatting Josh's hand away.

Tyler struggled with the bag more, messing with both ends of the container. Josh watched, humored, as the brown-eyed boy struggle for so long. Tyler finally gave the bag one last, strong pull before it exploded, spreading flour all over himself, the floor, and the kitchen counter.

He looked back up at Josh, slowly, with flour covering his long eyelashes; he was fearful of what Josh would say.

"Nice work," Josh laughed, "You better help clean this up or else I'm using you as the mop."

Tyler laughed and grabbed a handful of flour from his lap. While Josh began cleaning, he dumped the handful of flour onto Josh's red, fluffy hair.

"You're so gonna pay for that," Josh said, running after Tyler for the second time today.

Though the two were best friends, they acted as if they were together. The both of them always were mistaken for a couple and never wondered why. It was obvious they had feelings for each other, though. Even if they had no idea, everyone around them did.

What the fuck is going on??
