Tuesday, May 15th
8:00 am
The annoying beeping from my morning alarm rang into my ears. I groaned to the sound and shuffled my hand around my side to find it. With no success, I sat up in bed and rubbed my eyes, blinking a few times afterward to adjust to the light.
Forgetting where I was for a moment, I became startled as I heard Dan groaning beside me.
"It's with your clothes, dumbass."
I scooted my way to the side of Dan's bed, and hopped out of it. My tired body shuffled its way to Dan's computer chair where my clothes sat and grabbed my phone from my jean pockets.
With my phone in my hands, I quickly shut off the alarm...
The beeping continued anyway.
Turning around to face Dan's bed, I found him sitting up in it with his phone in his hands; he stared at me with sleepy eyes, and turned off his alarm.
"I thought mine was-"
Dan silently held up his index finger, signaling me to wait.
He left his finger in the air while using his other hand to unlock his phone.
In a matter of seconds, my phone dinged.
"good morning"
"I hate waking up," Dan spoke in a low, sleepy voice, "But you're the only exception."

Dan and I spent most of the morning in his room, eating cereal and watching YouTube videos. He was introducing some of his friends to me through their channels, and even showed me some of the videos he created with them.
At this point, it was lunch time, so Dan and I left his flat and were on our way to Aroma Mocha, hand in hand.
Half way there, my cellphone began to ring inside of my pocket. Daniel and I took a step to the side of the sidewalk, leaving it open for everyone else walking by.
Taking my phone out, Ace's name and photo appeared as I looked to see who was calling.
"Where the hell are you?" Ace asked with a chuckle to his voice as I answered his call.
"Didn't Scarlett tell you? I took the rest of the week off."
"The entire week?! What's so important that you left me..-" he cleared his voice, "Me and Scarlett here all by ourselves?"
"I wanted more time to spend with Daniel." I said, looking up at Dan and smiling as he softly kissed my forehead.
"Oh.." Ace paused for a moment, but resumed his sentence with delight in his voice, "Well, will you at least stop by? Boss and some of the weekend workers brought over sunflowers from the second shop and I really need-"
"I'll be right over!"
Hanging up my phone and placing it back in it's usual spot, I looked back up at Dan.
"I thought you wanted to go to our café." He stated; his voice somewhat low.
"I do, but I really want to stop at my work on the way there."
Daniel let out a small and quiet sigh, "But.. I'm really hungry."
His words brought the both of us to smile, and even brought a light giggle out of me.
"We'll go afterward, I promise!"

The shops bell dinged as Daniel and I walked through.
"Hi, (y/n). Hi, Daniel." Scarlett greeted us with a soft voice.
Dan smiled at her as I said hi back. She told us Ace was in the back, along with the sunflowers.
Before we entered the back room, Daniel's phone rang.
"Oh, Phil's calling; I'll meet you in there in a sec." He said before taking the call.
Stepping into the back room, I was immediately greeted by Ace's iconic grin.
"There you are! What took you so long?" His strong arms wrapped around me, giving me a hug, "The flowers have been waiting this entire fucking time for you."
"Well sorry I kept them waiting!" I happily hugged him back.
The both of us walked up to the sunflowers, and I couldn't help but smile widely as I saw them all.
"You didn't let me finish my sentence when I called." Ace said, standing next to me with his arms crossed over his chest.
"I'm sorry," I apologized, gently running my finger tips along the pedals of one of the sunflowers, "What did you want to tell me?"
"I'm leaving the shop."
