(QING)

I pick Dayu up for our excursion the next morning. Or mission. Or whatever it is we will do.

Our agenda, to see as many curse experts as possible to ask them how we can break a 120 year old curse that is plaguing our families.

Dayu came out of his father shop wearing a simple tshirt, jeans, halfboots and denim jacket. I secretly smiled, wondering if he thinks he is James Dean or someone similar.

Dayu...is interesting. He is a shorter than me, but then again, most people are shorter than me. I am 6'3.

Dayu has a lean physique. Compact. He carry himself well, he doesn't do slouches which is nice. I don't like people who slouch.

His face, is pretty interesting as well. He has these pretty eyes with long lashes, a long nose and lips that tends to pout without him knowing. Moles on his face, he is pretty interesting.

Not my type though. Dayu is interesting but I won't date or pursue him. He is not interesting enough.

Funny because if I say my name right here, right now, he will pursue me. I still can't believe it, but it's true, if he heard anyone saying my name, his face will go blank and he won't be able to control himself and will go for a kiss.

We shared three kisses already. Should we do some more?

"Don't even think about it," Dayu said when he got close enough.

"What?" I acted innocently.

"Saying your name. I can read your mind...okay no, I cannot read your mind but I can somehow follow your train thoughts. Stop smiling like that! You are creeping me out!" He opened the passenger door and hop inside my car without so much as an invitation from me.

How come no one had kidnapped this guy before? It will be so easy.

I get in the driver's seat and turn to him, "You got a dead woman speaking in your head and you think I am creepy?" Is he for real?

"Yes, you are creepy. Creep..." he focused his stare on the road up ahead.

"Careful Dayu, I might start thinking that you don't like me..." I smiled at him teasingly as I start the car.

"I don't like you!" He turned his body to me, I manuevered the car into drive and we are off to our first curse expert. "Why? In all things holy will you tell my mother that you are gay? Why?"

I gave him a quick glance. I sighed. Dayu's stance and position suggest he is ready to fight this one out.

"I don't know. It just slip. Why are you angry?" I asked.

"Because..." he let out another sigh of frustration. Then he told me the story of the fortune teller that started it all for him. "So you see? My mother now wants me to date guys even if I don't find them attractive. How fuck up is that?"

Pretty fucked up. I agree with him. Why should your life be molded by a fortune teller? That seem unfair if I am in Dayu's shoes.

"And then there's this...thing..." he looked grossed out.

"What thing?"

"This thing!" He wave a hand at me and him. "When someone said your name and I act like a total lunatic and sex offender..."

I laughed at that. "Yeah, I should sue..."

"Fuck you," he muttered darkly before sulking in his seat. I have a wide smile in my face as I continued to drive.
