Wanna One is not only experiencing immense popularity domestically, but worldwide as well!
The project boy group debuted on August 7 with their first mini album “1X1=1 (TO BE ONE),” and its fan-voted title track “Energetic.”
Immediately after its release, the groupswept domestic online music charts with “Energetic,” taking first place on six real-time charts. The music video for the track also set a record for most views in the first 24 hours (for a debut).
The group’s album has been seeing great results overseas as well. Wanna One placed first on 12 different iTunes album charts around the world, specifically in Brunei, Chile, Finland, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Slovakia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Continuing on from their successful start, Wanna One will be holding their debut music program performance on August 10 at “M!Countdown.”
