O is for Over

England sighed and turned back to his son, "I'll see you um..." He didn't know whem he would see Hong Kong again. He just nodded before walking away.

No hug or anything.

He really wanted to give his son a hug.

But he really didn't want China to think that Hong Kong preferred him.

Hong Kong watched as his father was walking away from him.

"Ok Hong Kong lets g-" China was cut off.

"Daddy wait!!"

England looked back to see Hong Kong running over to him before hugging him.

He hugged back.

England saw China who looked a bit hurt.

He quickly ended the hug.

Hong Kong was surprised at this but knew why England did it.

"Can I call you?" He asked.

"Um, wait till night, okay?"

His son nodded and hugged him again.

England really wanted to hug back but just put his hands on Hong Kong's shoulder.

He saw a flash of hurt in his eyes and felt guilt consume him.

He was about to kiss his forehead but stopped himself.

"I should go now." He started to walk away.

"I love you." Hong Kong said, that really got the rest of the Asian fam's attention.

China looked at England even more hurt.

England just simply smiled and nodded before quickly walking out of view.

As he walked away, he couldn't control the falling tears.

Hong Kong now wanted to cry but didn't.

Not now.

Not in public.

He turned back to his siblings who smiled at him.

"Come, lets go. We have so much to talk about." China said, they all headed out.

Hong Kong was still trying not to cry.

"Welcome back home!!" China said once he opened up the door to his house.

Hong Kong looked around, memories started to wash over him.

They sat on the couch and his siblings (China, S.K, and Taiwan) started to talk about what ever to him.

But he really wanted to go upstairs and cry.

"I'm like pretty tired, can I go upstairs?"

"Of course." China nodded, "We'll talk later." 

Hong Kong nodded, grabbed his stuff, and headed upstairs. He walked towards his old room, once he go in, he immediately closed the door, dropped everything, and collapsed on the bed.

He couldn't control the tears anymore.   

England heard him say 'I love you' right?

Yeah he did, he smiled and nodded.

Why didn't he say it back?

Well.....He was acting differently because he didn't want China to think that he preferred him over China.

But still, couldn't he have said it back? 

He didn't even hug him back the second time.

Hong Kong sighed and wiped his tears, he went to his bug and pulled out a Harry Potter book.
