Chance

The sea growing evermore,
The waves crashing onto the shore.
The birds going back to their nests,
The moon shining at it's best.

The moon dips into the sea,
For the sun's rays to be free.
Marking the start of a new day,
The days moulding together like clay.

The sky becomes dark,
Signaling the moon to embark.
As continuous as the heavy rain,
The moon and sun take chances again and again.

The same way will you give me a chance too,
I promise I'll make it up to you.
Taking turns like the moon and sun,
Give me a chance, just another one.
