Smiles are confusing,
Sometimes I don't get it.
They're hard to decipher,
Hard to understand it.
They can be deceiving,
It could be a huge lie.
Why do people lie about it?
Isn't it hard to live by?
You never know what they mean,
They're very hard to read.
But you've got to live with it,
Or you're no longer in the lead.
Smiles were shown to express your love or appreciation for something or someone.
Then why has the world learned to turn such a beautiful thing into a lie too?
Can't we go back to the way it was?
When people smiled, not for the sake of it, but to show you that they truly feel what they are feeling, instead of forcing it on to your face just so that you can look good.
