2016,
Come and gone,
The new year's here,
Waiting for you to move on.
Now there's 2017,
With more opportunities to give.
It's a new chapter,
Another life to live.
Set your goals high.
Higher than you can reach.
Dream big, dream large,
And make plans for each.
New high-tech devices,
New song to hear,
New books and friends,
Another New Year.
This is my last poem of 2016!!
The next year will be filled with ups and downs for sure, but just remember,
If life knocks you down flat on your back, look up and admire the stars....
