[Suga's POV]
I caught her attention on us, HyeJi and I. It looks miserable...

I'm sorry Y/N...

I look away quickly, avoiding her eye contact.

Don't worry so much, Min Yoon Gi. Just quickly get this over and done with. Don't care so much..

[Y/N's POV]
Everyone rise and "greeted" the judge and lawyers.

Judge: You may sit.

We settle down and the trial begins.

Lawyer: I would like to call my first witness, Wonho, brother of the victim.
Judge: Approved.

Wonho oppa step into the center of the court, taking a sit at the witness table.

The lawyer questioned him and he answered truthfully.
Next, I.M oppa's turn.
He answer the questions given.

Lawyer: Do you have anything to add?
I.M: Yes.
Lawyer: What is it?
I.M: I know the real reason behind this.
Lawyer: Please explain yourself.
I.M: Suspect Min Yoon Gi was forced to do this.

Suga looks surprised. However, HyeJi looks calm. I was shocked...

How did I.M oppa get the information? I didn't tell him.....

I.M: Min Yoon Gi's father, forced him to do it.
Lawyer: Please explain more.
Suga: NO IT'S NOT TRUE! HE IS LYING!! I DID EVERYTHING MYSELF, ALL ME!

Suga got agitated and get up from his seat. The guards rush towards him and hold him at his seat.

Judge: Suspect Min Yoon Gi, please remain silent.

Me(whisper): Yoongi....

Lawyer: Please continue.

I.M oppa take out an evelope which contains papers of documents.

I.M: These are the evidences that proves my statement just now.

The lawyer pass the documents to the judge.

Suga: THOSE AREN'T REAL!! THOSE ARE FAKE!

Once again, the guards hold him down.
Suddenly, HyeJi speak up.

HyeJi: I can prove it too.
Suga: HyeJi? Are you going to betray me too? Are you insane?! YAH!
Judge: Min Yoon Gi, please keep quiet.
Suga: NO! THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!! STOP THIS TRIAL, I'M GUILTY OF A CRIME! PUT ME IN JAIL!!

The judge gives the guards a signal. The guards pull Suga out of the court hall. While doing that, Suga keeps resisting and shouting.

Suga: NO! LET ME GO!! DON'T LISTEN TO THOSE LIES!! I DID THIS MYSELF! ALL ME!!

Soon, his voice fades.

Judge: Now, let's carry on.
Lawyer: HyeJi, please state your stand.
HyeJi: I agree with what I.M said. Suga was forced.
Lawyer: How you know?
HyeJi: While I was in the room with him a few days ago, he told me that. He said that he was threatened by his father.

HyeJi repeated the whole story. There are some gasps from the audience.

So it's true...

Next, I was called out.
I just answer to the questions asked.
Lastly, it's Yugyeomie's turn.

Everyone starts to leave the hall and take some rest.
As for me, I remain at my seat, with Yugyeomie and my brothers sitting next to me.

I shake my head.

I.M: Hyung and I will grab a drink. If you need anything, call us.
Yugyeom: Okay.

My brothers left.

Me: Yugyeomie....
Yugyeom: Hmm?
Me: How did I.M oppa know so much?

Yugyeomie panic.

Me: Something's wrong?
Yugyeom: N-no.
Me: You seem to be nervous when I asked that question.
Yugyeom: No, I'm not. It's just a little chilly in here.
Me: Oh... I wonder how he finds out all the information.
Yugyeom: Actually, I told him everything.
Me: Huh? What?
Yugyeom: I told him about Suga and HyeJi. I told Wonho too.
Me: Why did you??
Yugyeom: I know you didn't want them to worry a lot. But, I think they have the rights to know. Only Jimin and HoSeok didn't know anything.

I sigh.

Me: There's nothing we can do now.
Yugyeom: I'm sorry for telling them.....
Me: It's okay. How did he find those evidences? I still can't believe that he has evidence.

[Yugyeom's POV]
Oh my god.....How am I going to answer this?? Someone please save me.

Just then, I.M and Wonho join us.
Things are worse. Not for me, but for I.M...

Y/N: Oppa! I was asking Yugyeomie something about you. Since you are here, you can asnwer it.
I.M: What is it?
Y/N: How did you manage to find those evidences?
I.M: Uhh... About that...

I.M is stuttering. It's obvious that he is taken aback by the question.
I.M and Wonho look at me with a 'what-to-say' look.

I.M: A-actually.....

At that critical moment, the judge enter the court hall. Everyone start to walk to their seats slowly.

Phew..... That was close!!

I.M and Wonho look relieved and head back to their seats.

Judge: We've come to a conclusion. Min Yoon Gi and HyeJi will have different punishments.

Everyone start to whisper to one another.
Y/N is focused on what the judge has to say.

[Y/N's POV]
I hope Suga's punishment won't be harsh..... Please.....He didn't do it on purpose...

Judge: Min Yoon Gi will........
