*summer before senior year *
It's August 7. School is about this start. I had a really fun summer. I'm in my room about to sketch some stuff because I'm bored. Emily is in New York right now looking at colleges for us. It's 7:00 p.m. Mom is cooking dinner I think. I don't really know where Kyle is I think he's on a date with. That girl he met in July at the grocery store.
"Dinner is ready!" Mom calls. I get up and head downstairs into the dinning room. "Where is Kyle?" I ask sitting down putting some spaghetti on my plate. "He's on a date with Melissa. What a nice girl she is." She says sitting down in front of me.
After dinner mom made me do the dishes and then I went up to take a shower and went to bed.
This morning I'm going school shopping. I don't want to go. I get up around 10 and put on some shorts and a tank top. I then go into the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair. "Mom! I'm going to the store." I yell. "Ok hurry back!" She calls back. When I get in the car, I turn in some music and back out of the driveway.
Ok. I have 4 notebooks, pencils, pens, and 3 binders. Anything else? No. I head for the check out when some guy stops me. "Hi." He says. He's pretty cute but not looking for a relationship right now. "Hi." I say back. He just stares at me. "Can I get your number?" He asks. Oh gosh! I feel bad. Really bad. "Sorry . I'm not looking for a relationship right now." I say walking away.
