Third Person POV:
Amethyst was in her room, eating a 5 pound Taco.
"Nnng...hnng..." groaned Amethyst as she finally swallowed it.
"Hey Amethyst!" said Steven.
"Wassup, Steven?" asked Amethyst, not even attempting to wipe her face off from the Taco.
"Can you hold down the fort? I'm going to Peedee's."
"Sure." replied Amethyst.
"Cool, see ya!" shouted Steven, after almost tripping on a stair.
Amethyst then rustled through the fridge to see if anything was in there to eat. Then she heard a knock on the door.
"Hello?" said Amethyst, looking the door to door salesperson right in the eye.
"Hello," you started. "I'm selling-"
"Not interested." said Amethyst, closing the door.
"Burritos-" you finished.
"Tell me moooore." flirted Amethyst.
"Well...they're good...and good...um.."
"I'll pass." said a bored Amethyst.
"Could we talk about it...on a...on"
Amethyst came to a realization.
"Are you asking me out on a date?"
"Kind of,...I know we kinda just met, but-"
"Sure." said Amethyst calmly.
"You...you're serious?" you asked.
"Yes?" replied Amethyst, confused.
"Okay then!" you said, excited.
*At the diner you were having your date at, you could see it was very fancy, so Amethyst even changed her outfit, for the occasion.*
30 Minutes of talking, and you two were bonding insanely well.
"Here is your food." the fancy waiter said, before passing down your favorite food, and a 10 pound Tortilla for Amethyst.
"Amethyst...is that eatable?" you asked nervously.
"Yup!" replied Amethyst, scarfing down a fifth of the gargantuan tortilla.
"Amethyst, people are watching us!" you whispered worriedly.
" Eh, it happens." said Amethyst loudly, not matching your silent way of avoiding attention.
" THAT'S IT, AMETHYST!" you yelled, having enough of her behavior.
"Y/N?" asked Amethyst, realizing what she'd done.
"Do you even care what I feel?" you cried, starting to sob in front of everyone.
You ran to the "Family bathroom" and slammed the door.
"I...I always screw things up..." whispered Amethyst, as she herself started to tear up.
Amethyst went to the bathroom door and put an ear up to it.
"Y/N?" said Amethyst silently.
" Go away." you murmured.
"I'm sorry, Y/N...I've always been this way, and I wish I could fix myself. I came out wrong...More wrong than any other gem in my whole Kindergarten. They laughed at me, ran away from me...I've always been a mess...I don't expect you to forgive me..."
"I do, Amethyst." you replied, closing the bathroom door behind you.
"I love you, Y/N." whispered Amethyst, hugging you tightly and rubbing against your cheek, smiling.
"I love you too, Amethyst."
