They both jump apart as soon as they hear the door opening.

"What is going on in here?" Lyric's father asks with suspicion.

"Nothing daddy, we're just watching a movie," Lyric smiles innocently.

"...Alright, but you gotta go soon. It's 6 o'clock." He says as he walks out, still scanning the room for anything that looks suspicious.

As soon as he leaves Lyric shuts the door again and they both let out a sigh of relief.

"That was so close!" Myles says.

"Too close." Lyric says chuckling.

"You are an amazing kisser though..." Myles whispers and smirks.

"You're not too bad yourself." She whispers back and winks.

"I know."😋he jokes.

"You wanna finish the movie?" Lyric asks.

"Ok but I gotta leave after though." He says.

"Aw...can't you stay a bit longer..." she pouts.

"No, sorry baby I have to get home or Ima get in trouble."

"Why can't your momma let you stay here..." She asks.

"Like your dad would let me sleep in the same house as you let alone the same room." He laughs.

"Yeah...true." She agrees.

After the movie Myles stands up and start putting on his jacket.

"Aw you have to leave already?..." Lyric says.

"Yeah, sorry bae." He says as he puts his shoes on.

"Ugh we have school tomorrow," she rolls her eyes.

"Hey look on the bright side, we get to see our friends" he shrugs.

"Yeah, I guess..." she says.

"Anyways I gotta go now so I'll see you tomorrow okay?" He kisses her cheek.

"Okay, bye." A smile spreads across her face. This always happens when he kisses her.

He walks out of her room and runs out the house before her dad can talk to him.

Later on Lyric has dinner with her family then goes to sleep early cos she has school tomorrow as it's Monday.😴
