Prepared for anything I walked in the classroom. I didn't even get to study so I quickly wrote down the math formula's on my arm and pulled my sleeve down so no one could see them but me. I probably wasn't going to pass just with these but higher than a 70% was good for a person who didn't study.
Teacher finally handed out the test and she went to her desk while everyone began working. At first, I wondered off until I realized time was running out. I did all the ones I could then sat thinking should I guess on the rest.
I looked over at dude next to me and his paper was positioned perfectly to see each question. He looked pretty smart too. He had the Ked's, glasses, and shirt saying he was a part of some club. I wasn't going to fail today. I peaked at his paper and when he noticed he moved his hands over so that I wouldn't see. I sucked my teeth at him and stood up quickly trying to remember the letter order quickly. Like I said, I wasn't going to fail today.
He raised his hands. He was going to snitch.
" Wait wait. Come on now. I'll give you..." I sat and thought of a bargain then looked at his lip (A/N no homo lol). "I'll bring you some Carmex tomorrow" pulling out an empty tube out of my pockets. He had a little tantrum before raising his hand even higher. " Miss" he said. I don't know why he was mad. I was just trying to help a brother out.
" Alright alright" I pleaded.
" Can I borrow and eraser" he had to say since he had the teacher's attention. The teacher brought it up to his desk before returning to hers and continued to mind her business.
" I'll pay you" I didn't feel stupid till after it slipped out.
" Alright $5"
" I got you" I scooted then tried to scoot to get a better view.
"$10?"
" I'm not going higher than that". Young buck really is trying to finesse me. He moved his hand and let me copy them. He fidgeted and got aggravated but, I had to make sure I was copying the right ones without getting caught at the same time. I peeped he got two of them wrong too but I wasn't going to say a thing. That's his fault. He should've never tried to finesse a finesser. I let him turn his in before doing the same with mines. Now, he couldn't snitch if he wanted to. If he did he would be in trouble for giving them to me. Congratulations, you played yourself. I still handed him his money though.
I walked out of the classroom satisfied when the bell rung then went to meet up with Ri.

" Girl you still in high school" Jr said crushing my little moment.
" Oh" I laughed at myself. I made the track team and I was so happy. I took a picture with my name on the paper. " Riona Parker".
I hugged Jr and thank him. He's the one that helped me through most of it. I did my little victory dance.
" We gonna go out to eat later then. You know, celebrate."
" I can't. I have to get some 'bonding' time in with my brother's girlfriend" I sighed. As good as that sounded Metri was really pressed about getting us to like her. She was cool and we have some of the same interests but, how long could she keep up the act?
" What about our 'bonding' time?" he fake pouted. I haven't been hanging out with him as much as I use to. All of a sudden life is going by fast. I still couldn't make time to complain cause I was happy.
" I got you tomorrow. I promise."
" Alright" and he left after that. Guys could be pettier than females sometimes.

Cymone ended up picking me up from school and I told her about making the track team so it wouldn't be dull ride. One conversation lead to another and we laughed ride long. She even started giving me driving lessons. I was old enough but, none of my siblings trusted me enough with their 'babies'.
" Girl, I'm hungry. Want some Mickey D's?" I was hungry so I nodded yes and safely went into the drive-thru". Placing our orders we went to Krispy Crème across the street too. I looked at her and she was just stuffing herself. I laughed. She was reall showing nothing but maybe a month now eating like she was going to pop. I took a picture and sent Metri. He was going to get a good laugh.

Speaking of the devil, he called her.
" Hello" she answered putting it on speaker so she could continue eating.
" Where ya'll at?"
" My day was good. How was yours" she rolled her eyes. They're both so childish I could sense the arguing coming on.
"How was your day Cymone" he said in a annoyed tone.
" Like I said. It was good" I laughed. Really?
" Where ya'll at ?"
" Stopped to get some food"
" Oh alright. I'll meet ya'll back at Ma's house"
" Alright. I'll get a foot massage too?" He laughed and hung up afterwards.
She called but he sent the " In a meeting, call you right back." message.
" Bae stop playing with me". Their so cute. I really never thought Metri would ever be in a relationship but here we are.
When we got to the crib Metri and Cymone playfully went at it while I had to get my things together. I did my homework, just a little social media then, my night routine. I'm so use to this boring life of going to school then the crib and repeat.
My eyes felt so heavy but, my body really didn't let me sleep.

The contact name was a mask so my brothers wouldn't trip. I didn't tell them it was female. They assumed it. I'm not responsible for what they assume.
