"UGHHHH" I yelled at the alarm as if it was supposed to be frightened and stop but it didn't. I tried walking over to the kitchen island where the phone was still ringing but I tumbled by my legs still being asleep. One hand moved after another taking over the job of my legs and up to the kitchen. I laughed at myself feeling really goofy imagining how I looked crawling to the kitchen. I listened as it was pouring outside raining and I massaged my legs hoping the numbness would go away.

I finished making breakfast, doing my hair, getting dressed all of that. It was raining and I really wasn't feeling today. I had on a basic white/grey shirt dress . My brown boots and two -puffs kiddy style completed my look .No, I wasn't wearing any makeup and just a little bit of jewelry I was all natural today. I seen the back bottom part of my shoes ripping and I just sighed. I knew how today was going to be. I was going to be the first to every class being insecure and not wanting anyone to see, point out, or laugh. Making sure I had all the essential for school I walked the block to my bus stop and waited.

See this is the part where I start to feel small and hate school. Lunch. There so much people and I just want to be by myself but unfortunately, that's not my choice to make. Everyone is chattering and carrying on a conversation. You see some laughing, some just chilling, a few would walk back and forth just to make sure their outfit is seen for the day, loud groups or girls , the amateurs running around, the everyday usual. But what was out of the norm was having a group of guys hard down staring at me. Like how you looking at your food when you know you about to go in, like lion's prey, you get the memo? I was shy and I didn't like attention but I wasn't no punk either. So guess what I did? Play the eye game, and I didn't flinch. I was satisfied when one blinked and resumed to being on my phone and eating my Hot n Honey flavored cheese doodles (the best evverr). I was going to regret this later when they make up a fantasy for clout to tell other students but right now I didn't care much. Until it started getting weird and they actually were talking about me now. I didn't care that they were talking about me but curiosity had me wondering about what. Just a simple dimpled young lady eating and trying extra hard to mind her business. There really wasn't much to say about me.
To LifeLine: Come! To LifeLine: Quick! To LifeLine: Hurry, I need your help! To LifeLine: BESTFRANNNN
He was never around anymore. Ever since his girlfriend came around I became like Violet....Invisible. I felt relieved when we were dismissed to our next class. I grabbed my things and scurried to class.

And it's still pouring! How was I supposed to walk home now? I hated to take the bus after school because of how noisy it was and how it was full of commotion and gossip. Yeah, word is every female loves gossip but maybe this one is a little different. I like to stay in my own bubble and stay up and out the way. It's always better that way.
I sucked it up, pulled out the umbrella I had and began the long journey. It wasn't going to be too bad. I still had food in my bag. My house was about a mile and a half away and that was far to walk for a girl like me.
A black range rover pulled up and I clutched onto my phone ready for whatever. "Im being kidnapped! I'm being kidnapped!" I recited the words in my head so in due time I could scream them out. The windows rolled down suspense fully like I was being taunted.
"It's hard down pouring out here. Let me give you a lift." the mystery man said. I couldn't really see because one, the rain was blurring my eyes, and two I had my glasses off.
"My house is like a block away but, thanks for the offer" I said to the stranger.
"Sure?" he asked. I nodded and that was the end of that conversation. He pulled off and I dug in my bag to where I had my glasses were cased up. I arranged myself to have my umbrella held up by my neck and shoulder while I carefully but them back on.
I noticed the same range came around and made a U turn driving my way. And this time, I seen the face. It was the one of of the dudes I was having an eye contest with earlier.
" Hey stranger. You still walking huh" he said joking this time. "Hop in". I wasn't even going to debate. I looked around checking my surroundings before hoping in. This time around another dude was in the passenger seat.
I gave the directions lefts and rights till I arrived.
" Thanks stranger. Be safe" I played along.
" No problem. Same to you" He waited till I got inside and drove off. He probably is going to want something back in return I just have to be ready for that.
