Just Another One-Nighter

She woke from her dream

The silver tears had already begun to stream.

She couldn't live another day,

Without his gentle kiss to take the pain away.

Behind her make-up smeared eyes,

Behind the heartache you will find:

The girl who's life was fun and games

Until he stole her heart away.

Wishing it was all a dream

Though it reality it would seem,

The days and months start crawling by

And there's nothing left to do but cry.

Nothing left to do but put your life back in place,

Accept you'll never again see his face.

Of one night stands, he's just another

To break your heart beneth the covers...
